Lillian’s Blackberry Cabin is a restored retreat with a story in every detail. Started by my free-spirited, hippie mom in the early 1980s, it sat unfinished for decades. In 2020, we brought it back to life with a renovation, honoring its roots while adding comfort. Today, it’s a peaceful escape to slow down, walk quiet dirt roads, and take in sunset views from the deck. Featured in 417 Magazine, it’s a one-of-a-kind place to unplug and reconnect. About 15 miles SW of Ava on Hwy 76 in Goodhope.

Welcome to the Grainery! This is a uniquely built grain bin for four, tucked in the edge of the forest in the Ozark Hills. Bring along your smores and enjoy roasting them over a beautiful wood fire and count the stars as you relax in a soothing spa. Need more space, bring an RV with full hook up available for an extra $50 a night. We hope you have a peaceful and enjoyable stay in God’s creation. The house has been recently repainted, a soaking tub added, and the gas fireplace upgraded. The kitchen is fully furnished and a propane grill provided. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway cabin. Located at Beaver Creek Campground. Overlooking the peaceful river. One king size bed, as well as a small sofa that will easily sleep 2 kids, or 1 adult. Furnished with a small refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig. Everything is located in one spacious room, and the bathhouse (pictured) is down the trail. There is also a general store on property with all the essentials. It’s the perfect place to relax, and recharge.
