Das nächste Gasthaus ist nur 1 km entfernt. Bei gemütlicher Atmosphäre kann man entspannen und die Natur genießen. Gut für Familien, Paare und Gruppen bis zu 9 Personen. Jedoch müssen Sie bei Gruppen jedes Zimmer einzeln buchen. Wir freuen uns, Sie begrüßen zu dürfen! Keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel beim Haus !

Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Our house is a typical bed & breakfast. It is located between Bad Aussee train station and the city center (short walks). The rooms are silent. We offer in this house two double rooms and two single rooms. The breakfast is extendend and flexible. There are also vegetarian and vegan options. We are experienced hosts, because our family welcomes since 1976 guests in our house. And we stil love it. :)
