Great place, great location. It was peaceful and we were able to feel like we were away from the busy center of Broadbeach, but it was a quick easy walk when we wanted to get right downtown. Brad is a friendly host. He was always prompt with his responses.

We stayed here while I was attending classes at the university for a few days, and also over the Easter break. The apartment is in a really convenient spot, about five minutes walk from the uni and also within walking distance to the supermarket and main shopping centre. There are also some nice walking paths nearby which we enjoyed exploring. The apartment itself was well set up and felt both spacious and cosy at the same time. The view from the windows was beautiful and added a lovely touch to the stay. The team was fantastic, really responsive and helpful from start to finish, and communication was clear the whole way through, with Nick and the team going above and beyond in some instances. Everything was clean and well maintained, the kitchen had everything we needed, it was quiet throughout, and check-in was smooth and easy. Overall, a really comfortable and easy place to stay. I would definitely recommend it to others coming to the area.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Anna's apartment. The view is magnificent and the balcony just tops it off. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Docklands is a fantastic place to stay as you have everything at your doorstep. The free tram zone is an added bonus. As the apartment is overlooking the promenade where you have restaurants, eateries etc., you will hear pedestrian noise into the night, so if you are a light sleeper you may need earplugs for the 2nd bedroom only. We would highly recommend Anna's apartment for a magnificent stay.

Absolutely magical stay at the Lobster Pot Cabin! This was hands down the cutest house we’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, everything was immaculate and spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and so thoughtfully prepared, right down to the linens and perfectly curated decor. Heidi has put so much love and attention into every detail, from the fully equipped kitchen to the helpful tips on where to go and what to see. It felt like we were experiencing the very heart of Tasmania. The welcome cheese and bubbles were such a thoughtful touch so thank you Heidi xx Heidi! I’ll admit, I shed a tear when we had to leave. Helen and her staff were very professional and responsive! The view was also absolutely amazing and it’s located very close to Gosford! The home was gorgeous and you can expect nothing but kindness from Helen and her staff. Would 10/10 recommend :)

The house is located at a nice spot, good water view and quiet neighbourhood, also there is a playgroup very close to the house. Inside the house, we were very impressed by the cleaning and the 5 star hotel standard bedding and handwashing liquid etc. Every room is pleasant and nicely set up. The highlight for my kids is playing kayak on the water - there are four kayaks in the storage from single to double size to choose from, it really was great fun! We had a fantastic stay at Will’s house, will be looking forward to booking another weekend at this place. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the house and area for an extended family trip. Lots of room and activities at the house. Kids loved the painting spot, and the short walk to fish off the jetty. Some nice foreshore walks, with a well formed track to Verona Sands. Thanks

The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything I wanted to explore. I couldn’t have asked for a better base for my trip. Spent most of our time out on the beautiful deck overlooking the water! Shannon and Stefani also accommodated us for early check in which was very appreciated. Highly recommend!

The location, the view and the sound of the ocean waves made our stay in this apartment a wonderful experience! We had no trouble communicating with our hosts, who were nice and helpful! We can only recommend the apartment for future guests.

Paradise on Palm was a great little beach side apartment with beautifully furnished interior that felt very homely! Location was excellent - <2min walkable distance to beach and <10min walk to shops cafes and restaurants. The apartment had everything you need plus extras that were a lovely touch (eg Cool cabana and picnic bags/boards). Would highly recommend this place! Only negative - one of the rooms the window is not sound proof and as a light sleeper I struggled to sleep with the road noise despite ear plugs being provided, but was not an issue for the other guests at all!

Great host who went above and beyond during Cyclone Alfred, accommodating our extended stay when we couldn’t leave the state. The place was fantastic - great location and excellent amenities. We had a small issue at check-in, but the host resolved it smoothly. Thanks for having us!

We thoroughly loved our time at “The View”…and oh, what a view! Just spectacular from the front balcony. The property was spotlessly clean, and the King sized bed, super comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking equipment. The Sunbeam coffee maker was an added bonus. “ The View” is centrally located in Shoal Bay, right across from the jetty, and just a short drive (or walk, depending on your choice of bush walk), to a whole host of fabulous places to walk and explore. Do yourself a favour, and drive over to Sunset Beach at Soldiers Point on sunset. Breathtaking!!! Mark and Lea are generous hosts with outstanding communication. We’d love to come back again to further explore this region and to further enjoy Mark and Lea’s hospitality.

This stay was perfect for family. Vanessa is a great host. She was very responsive and helpful, especially with flexibility regarding check in and check out timings. The apartment is tidy, clutter free, peaceful and has all the amenities one would need for several days of stay. I would love to visit again in future.. :)

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment right in the heart of the Darwin Waterfront. The location is absolutely unbeatable — just steps away from fantastic restaurants, cafes, and the refreshing lagoon. Waking up to stunning water views each morning was a highlight of our trip! The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the balcony was the perfect spot to unwind with a drink and soak in the vibrant atmosphere. Communication with the host was seamless, with clear instructions and quick responses to any queries. The added touches — like local recommendations and thoughtful amenities — made us feel right at home. If you're visiting Darwin, staying at this waterfront gem is a must. It’s the perfect mix of luxury, convenience, and a true taste of the Darwin lifestyle. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Magnificent view of the city of Sydney and itsharbour from this lovely condo. The view is almost 270° from inside the condo with its large glass windows and also on the balcony. The condo is very comfortable, clean, well appointed and in a perfect location. We decided against a car since it wasn’t necessary with the ferry stop and a bus less than five minutes walk. The apartment is well laid out and feels quite spacious. We stayed here for two months and never felt claustrophobic as we have in other one bedroom apartments. Fiona is an exceptional host and a pleasure to work with. I have been to approximately 100 Airbnb properties and this is my favorite. Highly recommended.
