The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

With lots of trails and the Susquehanna River close by, your family can spend many hours hiking in southern Lancaster County. Experience the local Britain Hill Vineyard,coffee,and ice cream shops nearby. The charming city of Lancaster with its many authentic restaurants is only a 20 minute drive. Whether you're here for a wedding, wine country, family visits, a peaceful retreat, or work, this cabin is the perfect spot for you.

Driftwood Gardens Guesthouse on High Rock Lake

Our home is on a 4-acre lot on High Rock Lake. The guest space is a fully furnished guesthouse above a detached storage area (15 steps). The bedroom has a king-size bed and TV, the den has a full sofa, recliner, and TV with HD antenna​ & Netflix - NO CABLE. There is a full kitchen, bath, washer/dryer​ and​ walk-in closet. There is a small deck with a ​table and chairs overlooking the lake. Guests have access to the pier, 2 kayaks, canoe, swing, firepit, grill & gardens. ​We DO have WiFi.​​

Timberwood Tiny Home is a place to rest your head & heart in Efland, North Carolina. The peaceful retreat is down a country road approximately 10-minutes from downtown Hillsborough. The 200 square foot tiny home is on a private corner of 8-acres shared with our main house. It features Scandinavian-style details, two beds, a spacious porch, abundant natural light, a wood-fired hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, and more. There are features of the home that may make it unsuitable for children.

Chestertown Private cottage with NFL Sun Ticket

Escape to a secluded studio hideaway in the middle of Chestertown. Private parking, and over 1 acre of private gardens. Relax in front of the fire with views of gardens in the windows. Kitchenette has large toaster oven, hot plate, microwave, fridge, and Keurig/drip coffee makers. We have an under counter filtration system for pure delicious drinking water. King bed with deluxe linens and mattress, washer dryer. We also host ‘Wren Retweet”, a 5 bedroom house by the carriage house.

Quiet, sunny 300 sq foot studio, great neighborhood, on National Historic Register! Close to Miriam, Brown & RISD. You have the entire second floor to yourself, w/ driveway parking, private entrance & bath, lounge, work/eating counter, high speed WiFi & Roku Smart TV. There's a small fridge, microwave, Brio hot/cold filtered water dispenser, Keurig. Coffee, tea, milks, homemade muffins, granola bars :). Please note: GUESTS MUST BE ON THE LISTING. Seneca Place is a historic home. Our guests have the best of both worlds: a private full residence with attentive and available hosts (right next door). Please note that we charge by guest for requests over two, so please enter the correct number of guests to fully understand your costs. This neighborhood is very quiet with little to no traffic and the hosts are ten feet away. There is a covered side patio with an outdoor sofa as well as a connecting back patio with a fire pit.
