Au Sable Township: soggiorni in case vacanze

Great place, great location, and lots to do in the surrounding area. The game room was the favorite for the kids. They played down there almost the entire time of our stay. The host was great with communication, and checked in on us everyday. I appreciated that, because not many hosts do that. The clubhouse wasn't that dark of a drive at all, and we all were able to enjoy the pool & hot tub. I highly recommend this place!

This was my first time booking on Airbnb. Mark answered back very quickly with any concerns I had. The house itself was to die for, absolutely stunning! Plenty of room for all the guests, loved the hot tub outside. My group got to see different wildlife we’ve never seen in the city! The kitchen was equipped with all seasonings and whatever you needed to do your cooking. We got to see some rounds of golf early morning while sipping our coffee! Took a dip in the pool at the clubhouse which was only 5 mins away from the home! Our booking was only for 2 nights and we came 3 hours away, we expressed to mark that we were enjoying ourselves and got a later check out time. My family got to do s'mores by the beautiful fire pit. In all honesty we all got a max of about 6 hours that weekend, we didn’t wanna miss a thing lol. If we could give 10 stars we would!!! Definitely will be booking again! Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. Thanks again mark for such an amazing weekend away!

My family had a wonderful stay! It is very close to my house, so it was super convenient for all of us. The home was just as described - we found it to be very roomy and cozy too. It is a beautiful home with modern updates. It is close to downtown and the beaches. There is so much to do and we simply ran out of time! We hope to come back next summer to utilize the pool and bikes.

House was clean and spacious. Parking was great for car or small trailer, tight parking for trailers over 18ft in the winter. Mallard road is not fully plowed. Overall was great for my needs.

Timothy was an excellent host. He was very responsive to my initial questions as someone who is newer to renting an AirBnB and was quick to help when I called about an issue with one of the smoke alarms on arrival (extremely minor, just a faulty battery, but I wanted to make sure to ask before deactivating it). Overall a nice place to stay, I would definitely return in the future!

Walk out basement to the few steps to get to the beach area. Well stocked kitchen. Recommend bringing your own water if desired ( well water I believe) . Beautiful sunsets. Game room was fun .. bring quarters to play though . Highly recommend

We have stayed at Timber Valley multiple times as a family and it is always a yearly highlight getaway for us. Kristi's place is very cozy and inviting especially being surrounded by the woods and nature. The house is the perfect size for our family of six and we have even had additional family stay with is in the past with more than enough room to accommodate our needs. Kristi is always responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns that come up. You can't go wrong with a stay at Timber Valley!

Great location in a beautiful setting. Amanda was very responsive and the house was perfect for our weekend. Also the pool, hot tub and sauna were a great bonus!

There were 4 adults staying for Labor Day weekend. We had more than enough room for all. We have vacationed together for years. We all agreed this was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. So well put together and everything you could ever need. The yard was beautiful, the deck had beautiful views of the lake. The furniture was very comfy and there was nothing more we could have wanted.

It was all good and as described. Would stay here again.

I really can’t say enough how enjoyable our stay was. The cabin was immaculate with such undeniable charm and personality. The beach was serene and relaxing. And, oh those sunsets were breathtaking for sure! We are already looking forward to coming back next year!!

Stayed here with a few friends over our college break, it was an awesome time and the perfect space for a group of college students to relax and all be together. Lots of activities within the house (ping pong, pool table, cornhole, darts) which made the trip better. Great fridge space and bathrooms/showers worked well. More than enough sleeping spaces for me and all my friends. Would highly recommended to any large group looking for a fun getaway!

Our family had an amazing stay! The teenagers were thrilled with the pool table in the basement and the hot tub—it kept them entertained the whole time. The views were absolutely breathtaking, a real highlight of the trip. We also appreciated the blackout curtains and sound machines, which made sleeping incredibly peaceful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Love this place! Had a big group staying here for a ski trip and it was perfect. Will definitely be back.

Absolute dream rental. Mark is an awesome host, very responsive and friendly. The house is in such an incredible location steps from the beach, super quiet area. Went on a colder weekend and had a blast, can’t imagine how cool this place is in the middle of summer.

The house was great but we really loved the gazebo and outdoor dining area on the deck. We spent most of our time at the house outside enjoying that space. We had a great time fishing and exploring the lake using the kayaks and the rowboat. This was the perfect place for our family vacation!

The house was as advertised and extremely comfortable for my family. It was close to downtown and the walking trails too. Margeaux was great and communicated well through the whole trip. We would stay here again when in Bay City.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect—easy to access yet peaceful, providing the best of both convenience and relaxation. The amenities were great, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub, which made for a perfect way to unwind. The only thing we wished for was a queen-size bed in one of the rooms for those who had to share, but that was a minor detail in an otherwise wonderful experience. Overall, we highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!

Our stay was incredible! We had 7 adults total and had more than enough room. The pool table and streaming availability was awesome. Because of the time of year, we weren’t able to use the outdoor bonfire pits or screened porch but they looked amazing! A bit pricey, but split between everybody was the same price as a hotel would’ve been and we got to stay with friends!

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Private but yet convenient to Forest Dunes. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home that gives you an isolated feeling of being in the woods, but is close to anything you can think of, the perfect peaceful getaway. Candy was a pleasure and more worried about my comfort than I was, this was my second stay at her home and already looking forward to staying again next year.

Very nice little place to stay and it was exactly what we needed. We were in the area for snowmobile races and it worked out perfectly for us. The listing photos matched the description, and for our little family of 3 it was perfect. It might be a little crowded if you were trying to put 6 people at the house, but, if you don't mind togetherness, it would be fine :) I always prefer to rent a house over a hotel room. Blake and Thomas were extremely helpful and quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend if you are in the area!
