A beautiful old home that's been fully renovated with a lot of modern amenities & convenience. Space consists of two bedrooms with a queen bed, and a twin trundle bed, which houses an additional twin bed. Plus, a full bathroom, comfortable living room, dining nook and a galley kitchen. A bright & central location, yet quiet & cozy at the same time.

Charming Hillside Country Home

This beautiful mid-century house was designed and built by my father. My husband’s parents, Amy and Bob, bought it from my parents’ estate and renovated it. It is filled with light, books and original art. Being inside feels like being outside. It is furnished much as it was when my in-laws moved out, with many of Amy’s paintings. It is not a new or fancy house, but it is authentic and quite a splendid example of mid-century architecture! I hope that you love it as much as I love to share it!

Downtown Indy, Children’s Museum, and Indpls Motor Speedway are each 35-40 minutes. Purdue University is 28 miles. A percentage of reservation fees are donated toward housing for refugees, evacuees, and homeless.

I maintain a natural lawn and yard without using harsh pesticides/herbicides, which means the grass isn't always weed-free, but is safe for pets and children.

This house is located in a family oriented neighborhood just 12 minutes from campus and 18 minutes to Ross-Ade Stadium and Mackey Arena. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun in the back yard with a grill and fire pit. The neighborhood has a 1/4 mile walking path in the common area along with (2) two playgrounds, one at each side! This is accessible from the back yard.
