This restored seaside guest cottage is an ideal getaway place for couples. Wake up to the sound of the ocean's waves, and enjoy the beautiful sunsets in the private hot tub overlooking the Bay of Fundy. Take the stairs to the beach to beachcomb for treasurers. Prepare your own meals or enjoy a meal next door at the Halls Harbour Lobster Pound Restaurant. A great place to use as home base while exploring the Annapolis Valley, hiking to Cape Split or visiting the many local breweries and wineries.

The Woodland Hive and Forest Spa

The Woodland Hive is a four-season geodesic glamping dome and outdoor Nordic spa located in a private getaway surrounded by forest on a hobby farm and apiary. The space has an outdoor cooking area with a barbecue, chiminea and yard. Included is a forest spa experience. Soak all of your stress away in the cedar hot tub and relax in the cedar wood-fired sauna. It’s a perfect escape outside of the city, but still close to several attractions along the Fundy coast. A boulder-studded wall rises up towards a stone walkway, which is fitted with an integrated fire pit. The outdoor hot tub & seasonal outdoor shower are located next to the cottage deck.

Newly built in 2021 as a place to hideaway in nature. Set on a private wooded 9 acre lot with lake access to Powers Pond. We have two Kayaks available for use. There are many walking trails on the property for you to explore nature! The contemporary and rustic features of the cottage highlight country living in Herring Cove Village, just 15 minutes to the city of Halifax. Stay put and relax in the hot tub or Herring Cove has hiking, sight seeing, ocean views, and local places to eat.

La cabine est située dans une forêt dense de cèdres et vous offre une expérience glamping unique. Capacité 2 personnes. La cuisinette est toute équipée et vous dormirez dans un confortable lit queen avec couette. Toilette au composte dans l'unité et accès au bloc sanitaire pour profiter de salle de bains complètes privées ainsi que pour l'approvisionnement en eau. Stationnement à quelques mètres du sentier d'accès et de la cabine. Nous sommes situés à 20 minutes de Carleton-sur-Mer.

At high tide, you will wake up to the sound of waves splashing beneath your window. Enjoy the beautiful views from the outside decks or take a kayak and explore. The wildlife is all around. When night falls sit back and relax at the fire pit as you look out on the ocean. Enjoy your stay!

Acres of land, a sandy beach hidden behind a well-groomed property sprinkled with beautiful tall trees disappearing into the Acadian forest. Includes: private hot tub and firepit, shared sauna, cold plunge, lake access, public wood fired hot tub (great for groups when booking one than more cabin) canoe, kayaks, paddle boards, pedal boat, sandy beach, floating mat and more.
