Atlanta: soggiorni in minicase

We had a very pleasant stay. The cottage is thoughtfully arranged, and comfortable for two people. It is located in a nice residential area. Although it faces a quiet street, there is some traffic noise from nearby, but it is quiet at night. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is small and although it lacks a dishwasher it is stocked with enough for light cooking. Faucet has a Brita filter. Owners are nice and easy to work with. Our only concern was that there is a 5-inch step up from the living room to the kitchen, and a 5-inch step up from the bedroom to the bathroom, a potential problem for those with orthopedic issues. Otherwise, we had a very enjoyable stay in a lovely area.

A great quiet cottage walkable to Emory and restaurants/shops. Very pleasant hosts and nice clean accommodations.

Super nice place to stay. Very safe, quiet, and private. Loved listening to all the sing birds in the morning. Chris and Mallerie ensured we had a nice stay and reached out proactively to make sure of it.

Sean and Jori were friendly and responsive hosts, and their location is in a charming and bustling neighborhood with lots of character. Check in and check out were a breeze, the unit had everything I needed and my stay was quite comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Dawn’s place was perfect - quiet, quaint, clean and in a prime Decatur location. No notes! We could not have asked for a better stay, Dawn was lovely and communicative!

The little house was both a perfect size for my sister and I, and a perfect location for us. We could easily walk everywhere: to restaurants, the grocery store, my son’s house, and the beltline. The house was more spacious than it looked from the outside or from the pictures and we felt very comfortable there. Our hosts were both responsive and very helpful. We couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Extra great location. We walked through Grant Park to Little Tart and drank fancy coffee drinks with croissants. I stayed with my 7 year old son and the space was cozy for 2 people. We adored the goats and wished that we could have fed them goat treats all day long. The goats and their enclosure were neat and tidy and adorable. We would stay again, absolutely.

Absolutely loved the stay here:) lived up to expectations and felt like a safe little community to come back to each time. Everyone was friendly and made sure we had space and privacy. I’m definitely keeping this place in mind in the near future.

Great safe location, plenty of foot traffic of people exercising and dog walking. Close to pharmacy and restaurants.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay! We really enjoyed the outdoor space, it was peaceful and quiet and the perfect place to relax after dealing with crowds in downtown ATL!

This was a clean, quiet upper-floor space with external access. Cary was very informative and responsive, and the instructions for entry were perfect. The backyard view was beautiful, and the neighborhood was delightfully walkable. We never happened to run into Cary and the family during our two nights, since we were very busy around Atlanta during our stay, but he responded to all my questions very, very quickly. If it's available next time we come to Atlanta, we'd happily stay here again.

This place is small but had everything we needed. The best part is it was close and so easy to get to attractions.

This cabin is stunning. You can not go wrong by staying at this cabin. We just wished we could have stayed longer. We live in. N. GA and are just slowly making our way to FL while shopping antiques. We received a detailed list of the cabin plus places to visit nearby. A++++

Wow! One of my favorite Airbnbs I've stayed at, especially in the tiny house realm. It boasts thoughtful amenities, location, AND aesthetic. If I ever lived alone again, this would be my dream spot! I stayed at The Starling hotel in midtown a few months back, and I'd say this rivals that experience. With taxes and valet, it came to about the same price but was less cozy and private at the hotel. We came in at midnight from a long drive, but the host was very detailed in their on-boarding message to help us make the most of our time instead of just giving a long list of complicated rules. When we or I come back to Atlanta, I'm definitely going to be looking to grab this spot again. Thank you!

Wonderful stay! Their home was very cozy and included everything needed to have a nice getaway. Location also isn’t far from restaurants and the farmer’s market. Outside setup was very peaceful.

Such a great little place in the heart of smyrna. The pool house and grounds were immaculate and it was quiet and well stocked with essentials for when you arrive and want to wind down. I recommend Troys place and would love to stay here again sometime.

It was a great place to stay! Cute area and close to restaurants. The backyard is beautiful and the guest house is a perfect size for an individual, couple, or small family. As a mom with a toddler, I appreciated there weren’t any decorative items within a toddler’s reach. The instructions for entry were clear and the host was responsive. We’d definitely stay here again!

Laura’s place was the best, cozy, private and the most comfortable airbnb I have stayed in. As soon as you walk in you definitely feel right at home… With the living room, full kitchen and a nice bedroom. The location in Atlanta is superb lots of things to do nearby. Is definitely worth it. If I am back in Atlanta definitely keeping her place in mind, I would definitely stay here again.

Emily's place may be a 'tiny house' but the warmth and comfort it provided felt like the best part of a huge home. My daughter and I were only there for an overnight but the cold plus the holiday weekend kept us indoors most of the time but with games, puzzles and of course the internet and a comfy sofa it was like home. We didn't even get to the record player! Another convenience was Walmart literally a couple blocks away, not to mention that plethora of amazing restaurants in Decatur close by. With a great price and easy checkin/checkout Emily's 'huge house' nook will be in my saved favorites :)

Great host! Very warm and personable. We loved meeting and feeding the goats also. They are SO friendly and cute!! Even though suite is close to the main house we had access to our own private yard area to enjoy being outside and suite itself feels very private with beautiful views out the windows. Kitchen and refrigerator are well equipped. Nice area to cook in and table area to eat. Big bonus was the swinging hanging chair. It was so comfortable to relax in as I watched a baseball game on the tv. My husband and I were there to celebrate our 38th anniversary and we were so pleased with our choice. The Very Clean suite, comfortable bed, friendly host, and extra amenities offered were perfect. Already planning another trip to return.
