Dogwood Cabin on Scenic Wooded Mossbridge Farm

Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

Enjoy the fire pit after a day of hunting or skeet with heritage Club or fishing with three great fishing lakes in the area. There are plenty of restaurants in Athens just 6 miles away. Visit the arboretum or the fish hatchery. We have a walking trail in the woods. Whatever you are doing in the area, we would love to make your stay with us enjoyable.

This is a great place for two couples or a couple with two kids to stay and visit the area. We are just 25 miles from Canton First Monday. There are two bedrooms and two baths with a kitchen. Great patio overlooking a beautiful view. It is a great place to sit and have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. You can hear birds sing or watch an occasional deer stroll by. Beautiful Lake Athens is just around the corner and The Boathouse Restaurant. We are near The Texas Freshwater Fishery.
