It’s perfect for two guests but also great for children or three adults. Our converted garage uses space heaters in each area. Check the upstairs ledge for the heater/AC remote to control the window unit. Our kitchenette has only microwave available. NO OUTSIDE APPLIANCES ALLOWED. This guest suite is located above the detached three car garage across from the main house. Beautiful views of the countryside, including horses and chickens! Sanford Stadium and beautiful downtown Athens are just 14 miles north of us (a 22 minute drive). Historic Madison is 19 miles to the south of us. You are welcome to fish or kayak on our pond as well. Downtown is also an easy 2 mile ride just down the road.
