From the house on foot and at a very short distance there are shops such as cafes, restaurants and bars, a supermarket, a bakery and a pharmacy. The living room and its balconies offer unobstructed views of the Sea. It is modernly decorated with all the comforts and electrical appliances. Also in the kitchen equipment there is an espresso machine.

"Eothinos" Sea front Studio

Beachfront studio in Loutraki with one bedroom( 35 sq.m.) There is a large dining table and chairs on the terrace outside, and a large pergola providing shade for out-door dining. All windows and doors have fixed insect-screens. The road outside is a cul-de-sac and leads only to the footpath to the beach, so it is very peaceful with no passing traffic. Fully serviced with cleaning and linen change every 4 days. Beach towels are provided.

The house "CapeVerde" is located in the village of Glossa Skopelos. It overlooks a large part of the village as well as the entire front view of the sea of Glossa and Skiathos. The distances from the beaches are closer from our village than from the country of the island. Also the island of Skiathos is 18 minutes away by boat.
