I could see myself reading in front of the wood-burning stove. Reading on the martini deck with coffee in hand. Reading in the afternoon light in the loft or outside on the deck. Chase Mansion, 1880s Italianate right by City Hall

Let's go on a unique adventure together. The mansion with its five bedrooms and six bathrooms is being offered as a completely private whole-place rental, being lovingly redecorated in a mid-century modern sensibility while preserving its Victorian roots. Originally built in 1885 by prominent grocer George Kennard, the mansion became the home of Cherry Mash creator Ernest Chase in 1912. There are 5000sqft total to explore, including a fully functional kitchen and two dining rooms.

The farm has been in our family for 160 years; the house was built by our grandfather; Lewis & Clark camped on the land. The house is simply but comfortably furnished; all the mattresses are new.
