Έχουμε τη χαρά να σας φιλοξενούμε στο παλαιότερο κτίριο, που σώζεται, στον οικισμό Πέρα Γιαλός. Κτίστηκε το 1847, όπως αναγράφεται αριστερά της εισόδου, από τον έμπορο και πρόκριτο του νησιού Δημήτριο Μιχαήλ Γεωργιάδη, τον επονομαζόμενο «Πασά», για την αρχοντική του εμφάνιση.Την εποχή εκείνη, που το νησί βρισκόταν υπό την κατοχή των Τούρκων, ο χώρος χρησίμευσε ως αποθήκη σφουγγαριών, μιας και η σπογγαλιεία ανθούσε στο νησί, το μαρτυρούν οι χαλκάδες πού σώζονται στον θόλο-οροφή μέχρι σήμερα.

Il mio alloggio si trova nella collina della spiaggia di Schoinondas, a 40 metri dal mare. Offre una vista spettacolare a 360°. Supermercato,bar, ristoranti ed autobus sono a distanza pedonabile. L'aeroporto è a circa un chilometro. Al porticciolo di Matezana si può assistere al rientro dei caicchi ed acquistare pesce appena pescato. Le più belle spiagge dell'isola tra cui la rinomata Blu Limanaki, sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Il paese principale,Chora, è a circa 9 Km.
