Aspen: soggiorni in chalet

Lovely cabin within a short drive of all Summit County ski resorts. Clean and comfortable, we had a great stay. Highly recommended.

We had an annual ski trip to Breckenridge. Twyla’s chalet accommodated 3 adults and 1 teenager with plenty of room to stretch out. The view from the living room is spectacular overlooking the natural beauty what is expected from the Rocky Mountains. Downtown Breck is 20 mins away so a short drive to the slopes, restaurants and bars. The location is very convient and Twyla’s was responsive to questions we had and made our trip seamless.

Great host and beautiful home. Excellent view and comfortable accommodation. All amenities were there as listed. Lots of indoor things (games, magazines and books) to do if you’re a group. Paul is very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Totally enjoyed the stay!

What a special home! Such a beautifully designed, appointed, and finished home. Everything is so nice and solid. The view is amazing. Rex & Kathleen are wonderful hosts. It made for such a special trip to Created Butte and honestly it was such a great spot that we spent more time just hanging at the house enjoying it than we had planned :) Would recommend to anyone looking for a very nice and comfortable place to stay while in CB. Thank you so much for sharing it with us!

The Deep Powder Hut was the perfect home for our family's long weekend birthday celebration in Vail. Each room was beautifully decorated. The beds were so very comfortable. The breathtaking fireplace was a wonderful bonus. Everything you could possibly want/need, and then some, was at your fingertips....right down to the welcome bag of Lindt chocolates. Whenever I had a question Becki was very quick to respond and she was very accommodating.. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home to famiIy and friends. We look forward to booking the Deep Powder Hut on our next trip to Vail.

I would highly recommend this amazing, one of a kind home. The location is incredible. There was a ton of Individual space and strong internet so that my family was able to work and go to school (online because of COVID restrictions). Vail and Lionshead gondolas are a short walk in opposite directions. Going outside and hearing/watching Gore Creek every morning was incredibly peaceful. Chris has thought of everything and is very responsive.

I couldn’t have asked for a more stunning home to get ready in on my wedding day. The house was absolutely perfect—spacious, beautifully decorated, and full of natural light, making it ideal for pre-wedding photos. The views were simply breathtaking, adding a magical backdrop to our special day. Steve and Larry were exceptional hosts—so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. They truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us. I wholeheartedly recommend this home to anyone planning a wedding or special event—it made my day unforgettable. This place offers everything you could hope for and more! Thank you, Steve and Larry, for making our wedding experience so wonderful. We’ll forever cherish the memories made here.

We had a family vacation with grandparents, adult children and grandkids. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you will need to prepare food. Very comfortable beds, heated floors, and the hot tub was so relaxing. The views from this home are incredible. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at Holly's listing. Super spacious for two families with kids. The kiddos loved the kid room with full size bunk beds. We'll stocked kitchen and cozy family room. We had a great time and will definitely look to stay here again!

My husband and I stayed at Adam’s place with my brother and sister in law and our children. Adam texted me pictures the day of arrival so it was clear where we needed to go. The house is stunning inside and we had everything we needed to make breakfasts and dinners. The location cannot be beat. You can walk anywhere you want to in the town of crested butte (even with small kiddos). We loved using the hot tub and overall really enjoyed our stay. There are not designated parking spots, but we didn’t have issues finding a parking space right outside or close to the house (even during the art festival). I highly recommend if you you’re considering a vacation in crested butte!

Kevin’s place was a wonderful home base for our ski trip! While there was a minor issue when we arrived, Kevin went above and beyond to make it right immediately, showing how much he cares about his guests’ experience. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the bus stop, which made getting to the slopes super easy. After long days of skiing, the space was cozy and perfect for unwinding and relaxing. We truly appreciated Kevin’s responsiveness and hospitality and would happily stay here again!

This is an incredibly beautiful house! Being close to the gondola makes getting around so easy! Very clean and easy check in. Great service by host. A high chair had been promised by was missing and a very kind man came right away and put a brand new one together for us. Also brought an extra pack and play to keep on the second floor for out grandson so we wouldn't have to move the other between flights. The dishwasher was a little tricky to start and he helped us with that, too. Every time we needed anything, the response was almost immediate. We loved the firepit and the hot tub and had an incredibly wonderful family vacation. We had six adults, two 3 years olds and an infant and had plenty of room for all. Would love to book again! Thanks fo much for a wonderful time.

The place was great! Beautiful surroundings, close to town. Jess weaver trailhead was right up the street, so very convenient for enjoying nature. It had a ton of beds and was perfect for our large group. Lots of seating options and plenty of parking. Our only slight negative was that there were so many pictures listed that it was hard to tell what the place currently looked like. Some photos were from the sale listing and some were current pictures. If the photos and description were edited to be more accurate, It would’ve been a flawless experience. Meera and the other hosts were super responsive throughout the entire process and always responded within minutes.

The house we stayed in is magical and perfect for a homey stay. However, if you plan to ski every day, the commute in and out can be quite tedious, taking over two hours daily. It’s far from the resorts, so it’s better suited for a relaxing getaway rather than a mix of skiing and exploring. During our stay, it snowed heavily every night, making the scenery stunning but the drive to the resort more challenging.
