It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an open kitchen/living room that leads out onto a natural wooden deck. Surrounded by berry bushes and fruit trees, the garden is a wonderful place to share warm summers or cosy winters exporing in. Easy walks to forests and one of Sjælland's most unspoilt beaches.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

2 minutes to the beach, 2 meters to the forrest

Cozy and nice summer house (79 sqr. meters). Close proximity to the beach and the forrest. Last house on the street before the beach, and only 200 meters to Denmark's best and very child friendly beach. Large southern terrace with lots of opportunities to enjoy the sun, nature and the silence. The living room has a woodturning stove with windows, as well as a heating pump and air conditioning. The house is somewhat secluded and there is no noice. The house is non-smoking house.

.The decoration is Nordic style and the building consists of living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with dining area and direct access to 16m2 terrace equipped with garden furniture. it is suitable for two people. . The nearest village is only 7 km away with shopping options. we are a couple in the sixties living permanently with our Jack Russel in the adjacent building, ,and we will alw terrierays be available for any inquiries and immediate help.

Butterup - landlig idyl tæt på Holbæk.

Dejlig seperat lys lejlighed på 70 kvm bestående af tre rum: Køkken- alrum, badeværelse og soveværelse. Udeareal foran lejligheden med cafebord og stole. Der er under én kilometer til indkøb og beliggende i naturskønne omgivelser. Der er mulighed for lån af barneseng og husdyr er tilladt mod gebyr. Hvis I har større børn (op til to stk) er der mulighed for luftmadras. Omkringliggende seværdigheder: Løvenborg gods, Holbæk by, Istidsruten, Skjoldungerne Land og meget mere.

Refugie på landet

Hos os på Munkebjerggård kan I i komfortable og rolige omgivelser læne jer tilbage, slappe af og lade blikket vandre ud over de bugtede græsmarker. Her er skønne vandreture, udfordrende cykelterræn og 15 min til stranden. Vores hus er moderne og fuldt opvarmet med gulvvarme og varmt brugsvand. Der er loft til kip og flot lysindfald i den åbne planløsning med en dobbeltseng i hvert plan og badeværelse i stueplanet. På gården driver vi røgeri og gårdbutik i weekenden.

I Den lille Skovhytte er småt men godt og ligger i et lille sommerhus område omkranset af højetræer og stor ugeneret grund med , bålplads, Terrasse, bordgrill og ude jacuzzi. Vores priser er inklusiv forbrug og derfor kan vores pris virke høj, men tilgengæld slipper I for at få en ekstra regning efter opholdet ✨️ Der er kun 5 min til nordvestsjællands største indkøbscenter i bil, fra sommerhuset ☺️ Hytten indbyder på nærvær og afslapning i rolige omgivelser.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Eller tag en tur ned til skoven og stranden og oplev noget af Danmarks smukkeste natur. Gå en tur på Højderygsstien igennem Geopark Odsherred som går lige forbi den hyggelige have. Rist dine Skumfiduser eller snobrød og pølser ved bålstedet. Eller bare læs en god bog ved brændeovnen i den hyggelige stue.
