Sjøutsikt, jacuzzi & strand – Idyllisk nær Bergen

Velkommen til vårt barnevennlige hus ved sjøen – perfekt for en avslappende ferie med familie, 30 min fra Bergen sentrum. Huset ligger et steinkast fra strand og har stor hage med jacuzzi, trampoline, grill og terrasser med sjøutsikt. Barna kan leke trygt mens de voksne nyter roen og utsikten. I fjæra kan barna utforske og finne skatter, omgitt av nydelige fuglelyder. SUP, kajakk og gummibåt kan leies – eller ta et friskt morgenbad før frokost. Butikk 2 min unna og stor parkering på eiendom.

This is an architect-designed house that is beautifully west facing right on the seafront. New garden 2023 with Swimspa (20-40 degrees), terrace and artificial grass. The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 office, 1 gameing room, kitchen (well equipt) with dining room (long table), 1 living room, 2 bathrooms (one of them with access to the garden), laundry room (with washing machine and dryer) and hall. We recommend this place if you like proximity to the sea and gorgeous sunsets. WELCOME!

Seafront retreat - pier, boatrental & fishing camp

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

Dette er ett flott hus med nydelig uteareal, landlig beliggenhet samtidig som man har utsikt rett inn til Bergen sentrum og de omkringliggende fjellene som Ulriken, Fløien og Sandvikspilen.

Liten, sjarmerende hytte nær sjø.

Koselig hytte på naturtomt. Nydelig utsikt. Hytten har to små soverom med 4 senger, kjøkken, stue med sofa og spiseplass. Bad med dusj og toalett i underetasje. Fra terrassen nytes morgen- og sen kveldssol. Lån av kajakk avtales på forhånd. Gå-avstand til golfbane, kafé, strand, frisbee-bane, fulgereservat, museum, landhandel, turområder. Fra parkering ca 70 meter å gå på gruslagt sti. Stien er stedvis litt bratt. Fra Bergen ca 40 min. med bil, 1 time+ med buss.

Summer house near the historic city of Bergen, the gateway to the fjords. The house is situated within a stunningly beautiful, peaceful area, and can only be described as idyllic. The house is next to a lake and in an area that affords fishing from both the sea, lakes and rivers, (Fish species are trout and arctic char) mountain walks, rambling, climbing, kayaking and numerous other activities, including Golf. There is a large sandy beach within 10 mins walk.

Welcome to our idyllic, car-free island in "Herdlefjorden". Ypsøy farm is a unique and peaceful place for recreation, relaxation and various outdoor activities on land and sea. Free lending of kayaks, wetsuits and more. The cabin is privately located on a hill with fjord view. Terraces all around the cabin, a fire pit, and its own stairway to the sea. Space for 1-5 guests. Relax and enjoy wildlife, sea and nature in this quiet place.

Willkommen in Villa Mini am See! Wandern, fischen, baden, rudern... Mit dem Auto nach Bergen 30 Min., Bus fährt 1 km Fussweg vom Haus. Stille Lage. Ich spreche Deutsch, Englisch und Norwegisch. Welcome in my hut by the lake :-) Here you can enjoy the peace of nature, go fishing, hiking, sit on the terasse or simply read a book. Bergen is 30 min drive by car, bus availabe 1 km walk from the house. I speak English, German and Norwegian.

En perle ved sjøen

Et idyllisk og usjenert sted i sjøkanten, med brygge og båt, og gode fiskemuligheter. Båt er inkludert i leien. Stor hage, flere terrasser og sitteplasser med peis og grill. Hytta er romslig og har en stor spiseplass på kjøkkenet, fem soverom, stue og hems, ett bad med dusj/wc og et ekstra toalett. Sol fra tidlig om morgenen med vakre solnedganger om kvelden. 2,5 mål tomt uten innsyn fra andre, og ca 150 meter sjølinje.

Vår nyrenoverte og romslige hytte har fem soverom, 16 (18) sengeplasser, to baderom, to dusjer, badekar, to toalett, vaskerom, stort og godt utstyrt kjøkken, sauna, jacuzzi og egen kai der du kan bade, fiske og nyte utsikt over vågen. Her finnes mange kjekke leker både ute og inne. Perfekt for familie og venner. Sauna, jacuzzi, sengetøy og håndklær er inkludert i leien.
