Området är villaområde som ligger nära till Askimsbadet med minigolf och vindsurfing mm, ca 10 min promenad, golfbanor ligger i närhet. Jättebra buss förbindelser till centrala Göteborg, ca 20 min bussresa, hållplatsen ca 2 min ifrån. sängkläder och handdukar ingår ej, ni kan hyra det av oss för hela sällskapet och vistelsen för 50€, betalningen sker på plats. Inga fester.

Big house with pool, jacuzzi, close to the sea

Enjoy the closeness to the sea, the nature and the city of Gothenburg (and Swedens oldest golf course)! Beautiful and charming but modern house with a lovely location; 300 m from the sea and with no close neighbours. A big terrass behind the house, close to a big field. Pool (4x9 m), available May-August (maybe September) and a jacuzzi with room for 7 people. A nice balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun and the silence. Don't hesitate to ask about other dates than the available ones!

This is a beautiful house at great location in Hovås, Totally 230M2 inc basement. 3 bedrooms on main floor including 2 children bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them newly renovated. 1 bedroom in basement including a babybed and 1 bathroom. The villa has a large terrace with morning sun and breakfast area as well as a nice bbq area. 10-15min walk to the beach, golf course and Beautiful nature. Close to local transport, restaurants and shops and the centre of Gothenburg. Spacious parking space.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad.
