I stayed here with my family and I appreciate Clyde's responsiveness and clear instructsions. He had the place spotless cleaned with all the amenities. The living room AC is a little old and dust clogged which requires servicing (had stopped couple of times) but as assured by Clyde he will take care of that. Host was not pushy, gave enough space and time for everything and was always a phone call away. There was a problem with water in the society my stay was located for which Clyde was regularly checking on the update with me and the maintenance team with the same until resolution. I highly appreciate the clear communication from Clyde. The rooms were good and tidy and bathrooms were in good condition too. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommend.

Fabulous newly renovated apartment in a complex with everything you need. Couldn't fault the space, such carefully considered and beautifully chosen furniture and decor. Anastasiya was an absolute pleasure to interact with couldn't recommend this place enough!

This place was great! My boyfriend and I stayed at two different listings of Duoc. We had to come back because we love the area. Lots of cafes nearby and the beach is in walking distance 😊 the host was also very responsive and helped us out so much :)

Great apartment and a wonderful host who helped us with all our questions. Can recommend for sure when you are kite surfing. The house is next to the kite spot

Incredible place. Even better than the pictures. Lots of restaurants and even a bike shop within walking distance. The view from the balcony is also a plus. Would definitely stay again.

Hong ist ein guter Gastgeber der schnell reagiert. Unseren Morgenkaffee haben wir mit dem Blick aufs Meer genossen. Nachts etwas laut und morgens beginnt der Tag um 7 Uhr. Wir haben allerdings mit offenem Fenster geschlafen und gut geschlafen. Kleine reperaturen wären mal Notwendig, Wasserhahn, sieb und Abwaschmittel waren nicht schön. Einiges haben wir gekauft aber kostet ja nicht viel. Das Licht der HAUBE ging nicht. Die Wände bräuchten mal ein Anstrich. Aber es ist alles ordentlich und sauber, das Bett normal. Nach 6 Tagen wird saubergemacht und alles gewechselt. Super Kühlschrank. Der Strand ist super und die Liegen mit Schirm Handtuch kosten pro Tag 6 Euro, wir haben es immer genutzt. Bezahle immer für den nächsten Tag dann hast du auch deine Liegen. Sehr netter Strandjunge. Hotel sauber und angenehm. Essen in Hülle und Fülle in der ganzen Umgebung. We had a good overall experience during our stay at this property. The location is excellent, being very close to the beach, which made our trip enjoyable and convenient. The property itself is well-maintained, comfortable, and met our expectations. However, one downside is the limited availability of restaurants and marketplaces nearby. This meant fewer dining and shopping options within close proximity, which could be inconvenient for longer stays. That said, if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway near the beach and don’t mind fewer amenities nearby, this place is a great choice.

Sanjay was a great host. The Bro is the most clutch person I've known in recent history. The property is located right by Serinity beach. There's plenty of space and enough beds. CLUTCH!

It was a wonderful place! Peaceful but the road leading to the place was a bit cramped and if you have a big car it will be quite troublesome. Everything was clean and spotless but there was one time the water almost went out while I was showering. All in all, it was quite a pleasant stay.

That place was big enough for my family is was good to feel home even we are away from home. Very close to the public beach and market we enjoyed our stay here. Special mention to ate Monica and ate Ronalyn they been so helpful. And we feel safe here special for my kids.

Amazing place in the best location. So convenient with plenty of great places nearby along the beach. The service from the attached restaurant next door was so useful (there is even a service bell to ring and the staff are with you in seconds!). We used it a lot :) I was a little nervous about the noise from the restaurant as we had our 4 year old with us but it wasn’t an issue at all. Highly recommend

Absolutely loved my stay! The Airbnb was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips that made our trip even better. One of the best parts was its location—just a short walk from the sea beach, where we enjoyed breathtaking sunrises every morning. The area was peaceful and quiet at night, yet close to everything we needed. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and stress-free. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

The place is so tidy and spacious. Sobrang helpful ni ate Lala.. She helped us cook and buy foods and utensils that we need. She did above and beyond in customer service. Marerelax ka talaga. And this place is good for family/ barkada outing

The place was great, exactly what we were looking for. It was a comfortable, clean place to stay and Jake was quick to respond to any messages I sent. I liked the decor, the furniture and beds were comfortable and all the amenities were there, as described. The beach and stores were walkable and we felt right at home. After reading other reviews, yes there’s 3 flights of stairs, but I welcomed the exercise after all the eating we did and you don’t need much hot water for shower in Guam. All 5 of us took showers in a row at the temp we wanted with no issues. Would definitely stay there again!

I felt right at home the moment we stepped in our rented room. Stays like this make me prefer staying at airbnb rather than hotel rooms 🙂 Place is safe, with CCTV, with doors properly secured. Ate Cora was so accommodating to attend to our needs. Very helpful indeed!

Я выбрал квартиру в основном из-за района Vinhomes. Это довольно комфортное место, совсем не похожее на Хошимин. Квартира просторная. В ней есть вся мебель и техника. Всё работает. Хозяева - очень доброжелательные и отзывчивые люди. Они моментально приходили на помощь и по поводу жилья, и по личным вопросам. Из небольших минусов: - на улице рядом с домом есть деревенское караоке. Они любят шуметь, но в 22 часа всегда замолкают - кухня не очень приспособлена для готовки В целом, я прожил тут хороший спокойный месяц. Спасибо!

Had an epic few days relaxing in Nilaveli. What better place to unwind than the penthouse with amazing views, super clean and all the amenities one would need. Everything here was spectacular. There is even a lovely little beach restaurant next door that has excellent food. Beach was super clean and Pigeon Island was so close. Best views from the deck off the apartment. Sad to leave - Thank you Elaine and Rory!

The hosts are very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely recommend if you’re traveling with family since the space is big enough. You can freely cook especially because it’s a bit far from the town center. Convenient transpo would be hop on hop off bus and the property’s free shuttle. If you plan to stay out late e-trike’s are an option. They also have an exclusive beach so very nice!

Wonderful space! Super clean, excellent location. We have stayed at this condo for the past 10 years in various units and this is one of the most well positioned units. The condo is directly on the beach with many 5* resorts in walking distance so you can take advantage of their F&B or buy food from the nearby mini mart and cook yourself. We hire a car from the airport to get around and explore the area and drive off the island highly recommended. :)

The place was spacious; it comfortably fit 6 adults and 1 child with lots of room for play and personal space. The balcony had a beautiful view of the sunset, as well as the greenery, which was very peaceful. Hans is a wonderful host; he responded to our inquiries promptly and ensured that coordination with the club front desk went smoothly for beach club access. We enjoyed the pools, the beach, the restaurants, the gym, the shuttle service, and we enjoyed watching our daughter make friends as she played in the kiddie indoor playground. We enjoyed our trip to Anvaya.
