Enjoy tiny farmhouse life in this adorable 375 sq. foot cottage. Loaded with everything you need this little cottage is nestled privately behind some trees on our 11 acre farm. You will soon forget how close you are to town with the beautiful view from your windows and the pasture fence just steps out the back door. Whether you’re here for the wineries, amazing hiking, an SIU event (3 miles) or to visit with family, the Homestead Cottage will provide a comfortable retreat from any adventure.

Spillway Cabin’s (Brand new!) West Cabin

The Spillway Cabins are new construction with new everything! Our little slice of heaven is yours to explore and enjoy. Each cabin(west and east) have 2 br/2bth, hot tub, gas grill, Starlink internet, large flatscreen TV’s, fully stocked kitchen, and fire pits! From the south side of the cabins you will find a pathway that will take you through our 7 acres of woods and down to a lakeside pergola that has comfortable outdoor furniture, a bar, and view of our beloved Centralia Lake and spillway.

Lakeshore Landing

Steps from Lake Centralia. The Lakeshore Landing is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway or longer. The home is a 1280 sq/ft mobile home that has three bedrooms, two full baths, an open concept kitchen, rural WiFi, living room, private backyard with a fire pit, laundry and a relaxing patio with beach access to the lake across the road. Sip a cup a coffee from the oversized porch each morning, go for a kayak or canoe ride, or just relax in this home away from home. Hope you enjoy your stay!

Tiny Home of Whittington

This cozy tiny home is located a little over one mile off of Interstate 57 and within two miles of Rend Lake. Whether traveling through and needing an easy one night stay or a weekend getaway, this is the place for you. Located in the quiet village of Whittington, the property has great access to the area while providing a peaceful stay on the edge of the country. Our property has multiple rental buildings, but there is plenty of parking space for anyone traveling with a pickup and trailer.

Roaring 20s Bungalow

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Built in 1921 this Bungalow features large rooms to gather. Bedrooms are spacious with walk in closets and new queen size Sealy Posturepedic mattresses. The kitchen has all the amenities of home. Linens and towels are provided. Bathroom has tub/shower combo. Enjoy reading a book in one of 3 window seat nooks or coffee on the screened in front porch. Yard is fenced and pets are negotiable. Come and relax.

Turtle Cove

Located on beautiful Lake Centralia, Turtle Cove offers a relaxing lakefront experience, perfect for a couple's getaway or hosting families. If you need a quiet stay nestled in nature or fun on the water, you can’t go wrong with Turtle Cove! *Over 2 guests, we require an additional $12/person per night. **Dogs -flat $50 fee. We kindly ask for pets to stay off furniture / beds & dispose of dog waste from yard. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fee. ***No parties allowed.

Mr. Haney's Place

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Airbnb Super Host "Mr. Haney's Place". We are only 5.1 miles from the magnificent historic Cedarhurst Center for the Arts and 18 miles from the beautiful Rend Lake. Our property has been made with the conveniences of being ADA accessible. A one level home with a step in shower and newly added ramp for easier entry. We do also offer fishing from our gazebo on our large pond. The home includes utensils you may need to make a meal.

The Carriage House

Cute and cozy, this tiny carriage house is packed with charm. Originally used as a place to store a horse-drawn carriage, this delightful building has been completely refurbished with everything you need for a clean and comfortable stay, including endless hot water, vinyl plank flooring, front porch, laundry, and eat-in kitchen. The bedroom has a queen bed, comfy recliner, and Roku-enabled TV. Please notify me if you are bringing any pets. I want to know dog breed and age.

Welcoming family-style 2 bedroom home. Full kitchen/dining room/living room. Home boasts wood paneling and a 1940's vibe. Updated home of 4 generations. Full functioning kitchen with large refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker. Laundry off the dining area, private driveway, back yard has charcoal grill & firepit. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood close to Rend Lake. Hunting, fishing, golfing, beaches within 5 miles.

The Walnut House

Thank you for checking out The Walnut House. It’s a roomy and comfortable 2 bed 1 bath house in the middle of town. Within walking distance are several restaurants, many local shops, two grocery stores - one with a great deli! The city park has a walking trail, shady picnic areas, a public pool, and tennis and paddleball courts will be completed soon. Come settle in and enjoy a quiet safe small town get-away!

Summersville Cottage

Located just on the outskirts of town, this roomy house will be perfect for a stay for a large family group, or book it for a few weeks while you work in Mt Vernon! Just freshly painted and updated and filled with comfy furniture to give you a great "home-away-from-home". The back deck is spacious enough for dining and grilling.
