The apartment is centrally located, easy to find. It’s clean, modern and simple yet meets any needs for a comfortable stay. Keep in mind that the 2-bedroom apartment doesn’t have en-suite bathrooms but one toilet and one shower, which are separate. Zeno is polite and relatively responsive, but if you have several questions you need to insist a bit to get answers. Overall, I would recommend the place and would come back again!

We had a lovely short stay at Ammar's place. The apartment was spacious and had a nice view and Ammar was very helpful with checking in to see if we needed anything. The area is peaceful and nice but not too far away from Arusha city centre. It might be slightly hard to find the first time around. Only downside was that the mentioned pool and gym were not in as nice condition as we had hoped. Would still stay again if in need of a spacious good place. Thanks Ammar!

if you are looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bussel of Arusha, want it to feel like you're not in the middle of town with beautiful scenery and nature around you, but still be close to the city centre - this is the place for you. the pool, accomodation, food and staff were all great and made my stay a very relaxing and enjoyable one. For those worried about the road after reading the reviews, don't worry, you don't need a 4x4 - arusha suburbs off the main roads are usually dirt roads and can be wild for people who have not lived in a city like Arusha - I promise you it won't stop your transport from getting to or from this place. Further the staff here would never leave you stranded. You can ask them for anything, including arranging transport, and they are happy to help.

Wij verbleven in het huis van Abdallah en willen het iedereen van harte aanraden! Het huis is enorm, brandschoon (dankzij de vriendelijke schoonmaaksters), en van alle gemakken voorzien: wasmachine, ruime keuken, goede bedden, fijne douches en een grote tv. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen met waterflesjes en een rondleiding. Abdallah dacht actief mee toen er iets misging – direct opgelost én we kregen compensatie. De tuin is gigantisch en perfect om te ontspannen. Dit verblijf biedt comfort, ruimte en service op topniveau. Een huis als dit laat je niet liggen!

This place deserves all praise. It was the most clean and comfortable place I have ever been to. It looks even better than what is on the pictures in the app.Very close to town and other amenities.There is good car parking.Breakfast was also delicious.The host is the most kind man I ever met.He went an extra mile and recommended places to visit around which were really nice.He also helped me and my friends sort out a currency exchange issue that we were having.I would totally recommend this place for your next stay.A 10/10 experience.

Third stay at Elle's- a slice of heaven. We really enjoy the peace and beauty of the property. Our 2 year old ran around and played with Elle's dogs and kicked balls around. The staff on site are the best. Elle is super responsive and kind. Love the pool and walks in the coffee.

Wonderful cosy apartment in the pure nature of Arusha with view on the river. We were lucky to be hosted during Christmas and the host was super responsive and helpful even during the Christmas days. The apartment is surrounded by green nature and has African interior Charme. We would definitely come back, I have to highlight the flexibility of the host it was exceptional.
