The two-story structure is located in a forest grove on several wooded acres, across the road from a view of the Nooksack River and valley. This Pacific Northwest corner is renowned for its spawning salmon in season, abundant eagles, and other wildlife.

Don't miss the secret trail to Red Mountain—just steps from the driveway—or explore countless scenic hikes in the area. On warmer days, cool off with a swim in the crystal-clear waters of nearby Silver Lake.

Designed as a nod to my heritage, Skoghus ('forest house' in Norwegian) was crafted for relaxation, and reconnecting with nature. The treehouse sits in the centre of a Scottish Highland cattle farm, with pasture and forest in all directions. From the yard, you'll be able to observe and engage with the farm's cattle when they come by. Inside, you can disconnect and unwind, with luxury amenities. The dwelling is completely unique and provides a very special feeling while living in the trees.

Includes one King Bedroom and one Queen Bedroom and one full bathroom. Also a fully equipped kitchen.

Cozy A-Frame in North Cascade Mountains

Winedown is a beautiful, constructed A-Frame built in 1967 and completely renovated in 2019 tucked in the North Cascades. As dawn turns to daybreak, there’s nothing more pleasant than being drawn from slumber by the sun light springing through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows and the sound of gushing water from Boulder Creek echoing through each surface of the property. Winedown is proudly a family-focused property that is scent and shoe free.

Cozy Log Cabin

Our log home was built to replicate historical buildings in BC with a roof line borrowed from Quebec. The main floor is an open concept with a kitchen, dining area and living room. Bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. I have a clawfoot bathtub but do not have a shower. The back yard is large and fenced for kids and a dog to enjoy. Bring your own wood if you want to use the fire pit. Bring pods if you want to use the Keurig or Nespresso.

Note: the property features a significant (about 60) stair steps to climb. As a result, it may be more challenging to enjoy for those experiencing ambulatory limitations.

Country Guesthouse

A quiet, tidy little craftsman home 20 miles from the Mt. Baker National Forest and 40 miles from the Mt. Baker Ski Area. The Middle Fork of the Nooksack and it's wildlife is a short walk to the north. We have a strict cancellation policy but we are really pretty accommodating. If you cancel within 30 days of your stay we will bank those lost funds for future use at any available time in the future.
