With a chance to view our beloved pet sulcata tortoise “Stanley” whose burrow is right behind this unit, he is the 3rd largest tortoise in the world

Sage Cottage is a quaint home conveniently located on one of the main roads through town. Easy access to everything Carlsbad has to offer, but private and serene with a huge yard. Beds for 6 guests ( queen, full, 2 twins) in 3 bedrooms w AC plus complete kitchen, dining space, and spacious yet cozy living room. Two bathrooms (although the upstairs one is mostly for children due to its small size). Plenty of off-street parking, easy keypad check in, and local co-host keep your stay worry-free.

Inside, there is a lovely open concept living room ( with full size fold out bed), dining space with seats for 6, and stocked kitchen. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has two twin beds. You will love the charming decor and a fabulous location on a quiet tree lined street that is walkable to grocery stores, the River walk, and restaurants. Please note there is a small studio behind the garage that is rented separately.

The Coop

I'm just a small farm girl who grew up within a farming area in southeastern New Mexico. As I was a child, I was intrigued with baby chicks. My grandfather built a coop, and they became full grown Chickens and Roosters. My love for Chickens and Roosters enhanced with their colors and character. They were my friends. Soon after, I began to sell eggs to nearby neighbors to have spending money for school. My love for chickens and roosters is beyond measure. So I've named my house "The Coop"

Enjoy this adorable casita right on the Pecos River! This is an excellent location to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park and other nearby attractions. Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**
