Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. So kannst du den Urlaub in unserem Cottage richtig geniessen.

A cozy nest to enjoy small moments and to experience great adventures. Ideal location for for skiing, mountainbiking, hiking and relaxing. Close to the Brandnertal skiing & hiking resort and the Brandnertal Bikepark.

Stilvolle und ruhige wie auch sehr gemütliche Studiowohnung an zentrale Lage mit Aussicht. 4 min. zu Fuss zur Talstation und dem Dorfplatz im Zentrum. Die Wohnung liegt 1750m.ü. Meer Mit dem Zug über Chur (1h) sehr gut erreichbar (5min zu Fuß von Bahnhof). Ca. 3min zu Fuss zum Obersee und zum Untersee (Badesee mit schöner Holzbadi). Alles elektronisch auch die Toilette. Parkplatz im Haus evtl. auf Anfrage vorhanden. Es gibt auch einen öffentlichen Parkplatz und ein Parkhaus in der Nähe.

Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Eine neue Wohnung in alten Mauern wartet auf ihre Gäste. Sie liegt direkt am Landwasser, die Rinerhornbahn und der Bahnhof Davos Glaris / Bushaltestelle sind in 2 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die moderne Küche ist im Wohnzimmer integriert. Ein separates Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer in blau komplettieren die Wohnung. 2 Zimmer - Sitzplatz vor der Wohnung - Garagenplatz für Auto, Ski & Bike - familienfreundlich -Davos Klosters Premiumcard inbegriffen.

Sie ist sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Gehweg 3 Minuten zur Haltestelle Valbella Dorf) oder mit dem Auto erreichbar (kostenloser Tiefgaragenparkplatz inklusive). Ein perfekter Ausflugsort für jede Jahreszeit: zum Wandern, Biken, Skifahren, Arbeiten oder Ferien in der Bergkulisse.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Die familienfreundliche 75qm (3,5 Zimmer) Erdgeschosswohnung liegt am Dorfrand von Churwalden. Dem schmucken Bündnerdorf, das Einstiegsportal zum Skigebiet Arosa-Lenzerheide. Der Ort verfügt über eine spektakuläre Sommerrodelbahn. Das Zentrum mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Freibad / Eisfeld, sowie alle Liftstationen sind in max. 10min zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Rückfahrt von der Piste zum Haus ist mit Skis oder dem Bus möglich.

Studio located on 2nd floor of a residential building in a quiet area at the sunniest part of Arosa, with swimming pool and sauna for shared use during the main season*. The sunny balcony offers a nice mountain view. *only available during winter and summerseason! Every second Thursday of the month the pool will be cleaned the whole day. Sauna availble for a fee to be paid onsite.
