We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. It was a good location for excursions & lots to do on the property. We had 4 adults staying at the house (any more would've felt a little too tight in my opinion). I was looking for a place with river access and accessibility to town, while prioritizing sustainability. Hadas is well liked & respected by the locals. The roads are well maintained & easy to navigate. We had our own car but the tour company, Explore Inland, picked us up for the Barton Creek and ATM tour from the property, which was nice & convenient. We ate at Carms which was close & delicious one night and ventured into town for other meals (15 min drive). We enjoyed having coffee & watching the bird feeder every morning. We saw a toucan several times on the property & enjoyed a digital detox away from TVs and screens, while still having AC in the bedroom and internet. We ended our stay with a massage on the porch by Dora which was the best one I have ever had!

We loved our stay! The place was beautiful, perfect location, great communication. Juan was available for any questions we had. The local recommendations were great! Highly recommend.

We stayed in Peter's Sanpopo cottage. it was beautiful, clean, stocked with everything you would need to do your own cooking, amazing wrap around deck where you could hang with the birds and iguanas. it felt like properly hanging in the jungle. Peter, Jenny and family were so helpful, had great recommendations and were quick to respond to any questions.

Stunning Stay – A Slice of Paradise! Our recent stay at this beautiful Airbnb was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the sleek, modern design and the evident attention to detail. It felt like stepping into a brand-new build, with all the fixtures and amenities carefully chosen to create a luxurious and comfortable experience. The Property: The home itself is immaculate. Every corner of the space exudes a fresh and modern vibe, clearly designed with both aesthetics and functionality in mind. The living room is incredibly spacious, filled with natural light, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The open layout seamlessly connects the living area to the kitchen, making it a great space for entertaining or spending time with family and friends. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Both bedrooms are generously sized, with plush, comfortable beds that made it hard to get up in the mornings. The bathrooms were equally impressive, boasting elegant

We had a great stay at Wagiya Flats. The home is exactly as pictured and described - modern luxury build, in the heart of the central Hopkins Village. The home is very spacious, very clean and well equipped (with great AC!) It is a luxury home within the local neighborhood with walkable proximity to the beach and restaurants. The team at Flowers Vacation Rentals was friendly with easy and responsive communications. Finally, the roof deck was a great bonus. Huge with views of the neighborhood and hammocks that the kids loved.

Virginia and Ken were the sweetest hosts, Luis was a remarkable manager and they all created the perfect atmosphere while we celebrated our engagement. From the beginning everything went smoothly, we were offered the best excursions with the best guides and (prices), and from the beautiful view (we booked the rooftop suite), the best transportation, Mr.G was a great and knowledgeable taxi driver always going out of his way to bring us to our next destinations with facts about everything. The other best part was our private driver, Lerry! He was such a good vibe and provided lots of informative knowledge about different areas and history of the country. Ive never been to an airbnb who provided room service, this place was beyond exceptional especially with the newly built infinity pool and gym. We highly recommend this spectacular Villa Cayo.

Our stay was nothing short of spectacular. We were met by Consuelo and Ceasar upon arrival and were shown through the house and given all the necessary information for our stay. The house was a perfect home base to relax after long days exploring. Our children loved the pool and I really enjoyed the sunrise with my coffee while taking in the scenery. While staying in San Ignacio we toured ATM Cave, Xunantunich, and Caracol. For ATM we were guided by Rosa and Giselle with Belize Limpkin Tours and they were both wonderful. Xunantunich is a short drive west and you get to cross the river on a hand crank barge. We did not hire a guide but if we go again I would. We also drove down to Caracol ourselves and it is definitely worth it. On our way back we stopped to swim at Rio On Pools and Big Rock Falls. Both must stops as well. In town do not miss the San Ignacio Market. We also really enjoyed Restaurante Tipico Salvadoreňo. Be sure to try as much local fare as possible!

This place is magical. Surrounded in the jungle. Sure it’s not “in town” but that’s also the appeal! Still super close to get into town and everything close by. Having the rental car option right from their location was amazing. We rented for one day to take advantage of all the breathtaking wonders around (big rock falls and rio on pools). So much to see on site as well- nice walk through the coconut orchard was lovely. Rose and help made the most delicious meals. We really enjoyed the screened in porches with hammocks and would just swing and lounge the day away listening to the noises outside.

We had a great time at Nicole's place! Loved listening to the nearby wildlife while lying in hammocks on the patio. It was in a residential neighborhood but an easy 15 minute walk to lots of restaurants and shops. So nice to have laundry facilities, since we were traveling for 2 week and got pretty sweaty in the Belize heat! Very comfortable, homey stay overall.
