Cozy in Colquitt is the perfect oasis for you to come to browse the unique shops of small-town America, visit family, walk the square, enjoy our local play Swamp Gravy, peruse the murals, and meet gracious Southern people. Built in the 1950s, it was recently restored to bring a unique style that is comfortable yet beautiful for you to enjoy. Sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms (each with private bath), half bath, laundry, sunroom, large open kitchen, plenty of parking. Master (king); guest rooms (queens).

Pin Oak

The Pin Oak house is a welcoming mid-century ranch with enough room to accommodate a large family or group of friends. Located downtown on the main thoroughfare only 3/10 of a mile from our General Store. The Pin Oak House will house eight guests. There are no steps to enter the house, but there is one step to enter the kitchen. We are pet friendly, but please be aware that there is a $75 Pet Fee for the first pet, with an additional $25/pet after.

The Osprey

The Osprey is a cozy cottage with its own private dock and is nestled along the water front of Pataula creek at Lake Walter F. George, nationally recognized for it's great fishing. Spectacular views, peaceful surroundings, evening star gazing, and deer all year long grazing in the yard. Pataula State Park is 2 miles away for very convenient boat launching.

Little City Farmhouse

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cottage. Home built in 1910 and recently remodel to create a home the embelishes southern hospitality. Relax on the front porch 3 blocks from the town square and directly across from the new development by the hospital authority. Very quite even during the weekday buzz.
