The property extends on both sides of the river with 1/3 mile of river frontage. Swim, kayak, fish, & relax. Welcome to Pedal and Perch, a custom-designed and built accessory dwelling cabin just minutes from downtown Bentonville, AR, Walmart HQ, and miles of incredible mountain biking. Enjoy a serene setting that tucks you among the trees and makes you feel like you are staying in your own treehouse. The cabin features a custom kitchen, one bathroom, a queen bed in the loft, a pullout sofa on the primary floor, and your very own outdoor bathtub looking in to the valley below.

The Cuddly Cow features a full kitchen with laundry, eating bar and dining area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.

A Still Point Cabin is the perfect retreat. With a beautiful view of the Ozark mountains from your screened deck you can easily escape into nature. Cozy and efficient space makes this cabin the perfect setting for your getaway with friends and family. With a queen bed upstairs, a queen memory foam pull-out couch, and a queen size Cordaroy convertible bag-chair (only big enough for two small children) there is plenty of room for everyone. Newly installed hot tub too!
