Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings for guests at the opposite end of house. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. The bathroom is just a three steps from the room and we provide bathrobes for your convenience. You are welcome to the kitchen & fridge, private swimming pool, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. Smartphone navigation will guide you to our address easily and with accuracy. We are less than 10 mins from the airport. Our house is pet-free and we are non smokers.

New and modern studio with private access in an excellent location less than a mile from ASU and just 8min from airport. Walking distance to the fantastic restaurants and shopping spots on Mill Avenue. Whole foods is even less than a mile away. Our home has been completely renovated and designed to maximize comfort. This is a wonderful place for guests wanting to balance great location, nature, and modern comfort. There are 3 beds: 1 king, 2 queen, 2 baths. There are also 2 spare floor mattresses for potentially 8 guests Gated, playground, and access to back hiking trails. Centrally located in the valley; few minutes away from the I-10/I-17 and the 60. Close to Tempe, Mesa, Scottsdale, and Chandler. 10 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix, and only three miles from ASU and stadiums.

This unique stay is great for those who want to relax or work while exploring central Tempe. The main feature is a pool (heated) with an outdoor shower. The house has 3 rooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin daybed with a twin trundle that lays flat on the ground). There are two desks for those who want to work remotely . We are located 10 minutes drive from ASU and Mill Avenue (downtown Tempe). South Mountain < 10 minutes away, Sky Harbor Airport <15 minutes. No more than 6 guests at the house.

Home has a heated pool! (If the listing price is less then $200.00 per night during the winter months) the use of the heated pool will have an additional cost. The home is local 6 miles from Sky Harbor airport. The neighborhood is in a relaxed, diverse and family oriented area of Tempe. The heart of Tempe and ASU are minutes away! Also located close to the Anahiem Angels spring training games! Quick acess to several freeways! Lots of restaurants, several malls and movie theaters close by!

Desert Trail Hideaway

Private master sectioned off from the house with private entrance from street, small yard, and two private entrances to the house. All surfaces sanitized between guests! Famous South Mountain only 100 feet away (excellent spot for mountain bikers), or a public park across the street with tennis, volleyball, basketball -- can't get any closer to nature while still being in the city! We can send digital key for autonomous self check-in, never have to see hosts for maximum sanitization!
