The Beach House @ Shelter Cove is located at end of a cul-de-sac road in a quiet neighborhood with complete privacy on the property with private beach access, and unobstructed views to the Lighthouse at Cape Blanco, 6 miles to the north. The property is protected to the south with an old growth forest and directly in front of the house is Shelter Cove, providing shelter from coastal winds and where the Orcas like to hang out. This large one bedroom is part of a four plex, however this unit has a private large deck with incredible river, bridge, mountain and distant beach views. Some of these views from almost every room of this apartment. There are amazing sights to see within 30 minutes or less in either direction.

Please Note: As of Labor Day 2022, they're building a house on the vacant lot next door. While we haven't had any complaints, there may be construction noise.
