Tolle Gegend, klasse Cottage. Pub um die Ecke, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten klein aber toll, alles, was man benötigt zu wirklich guten Preisen. Schöne Unterkunft mit zwei Schlafzimmern, gut ausgestatteter Küche, gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Parkplatz fürs Auto auf dem Grundstück. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen und das Cottage buchen. Herzlichen Dank an Howard, der ein toller Gastgeber war und immer sofort erreichbar.

We've holidayed for many years on Bute, and have stayed in many of the properties around the island from AirBnb... however this cottage is simply just absolutely perfect for us. You can step right from the garden onto the beach, the location is beautifully remote and quiet, and the overall charm of the place is simply... immeasurable. It comes with incredible features like a high quality Sage coffee machine (it's so good I bought my own shortly after our first visit), as well as a great kitchen with lots of pots and pans (we typically always cook during our breaks, and found it excellent). We were blessed with the most incredible weather during our stay, so in actual fact I barely used the living room, however I can say the beds are incredibly comfortable! For doggy people... the garden is very securely fenced all around, with catches or bolts on every gate. Although we had a car I'd highlight there's a bus stop right outside too that takes you into Rothesay.

This house is beautiful, the best view with my morning coffee I’ve had in this country. And so much wildlife, we had deer at the front window regularly amoungst lots of other! The host was so helpful and even put a Christmas tree in the house for us over our stay… Which can’t of been easy with how rural you are! Looking forward to coming back to experience it all again in the summer

Just back from a long weekend at The Little House celebrating my husband's 70th birthday. The Little House has absolutely everything you could need and more, spotlessly clean, freshly decorated, comfortable, cosy and very well equipped. Peaceful and private, away from the main tourist drag in Glencoe/Ballachulish and just a few minutes to the beach and local walks. Mountains a mere fifteen minutes' drive away. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away from it all! Well stocked Co-op and good Fish & Chip shop in Ballachulish.

We had a great family holiday in this beautiful accommodation. The views were absolutely stunning, the kitchen was very well equipped and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The enclosed garden was a safe space for our dog, and we loved walking him along the beachfront each morning. We also loved the pictures on the walls, the thoughtful touches throughout the accommodation and the peaceful location. Jamie was extremely kind and helpful.

Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire sur l île de Mull grâce à ce logement notamment. Quelle vue depuis la chambre !!! Nous nous sommes émerveillés devant ce lieu si charmant . Nous avons également été très bien accueilli par Steven qui nous a donné d excellents conseils de visites. Grâce à lui nous avons pu observer des loutres... des cerfs... Et un petit déjeuner avec un service très arrangeants. Bref on recommande sans la moindre hésitation !!! Merci, quand on revient à Mull, on essaie de revenir chez vous

This wonderful house is the perfect quiet nature getaway. The place was as described/shown in the pictures but the scenery was even better than we could have imagined. We hired the kayaks and enjoyed some lovely time out on Loch Sunart. I have to mention the welcome pack left out for us, which included a home baked cake, some whisky, wine, crisps and biscuits which were all very much appreciated. The wildlife log book left us buzzing with anticipation as it seemed that previous guest had all encountered pine martens and badgers in the garden and we were no different, seeing both every single evening of our stay. Will visit again.

Millie communicated with us quickly and positively because we were unsure of our arrival time. She quickly arrived to greet us when we arrived and chatted telling us of the local amenities. The cottage was in a beautiful setting, parking excellent for where we were in the village. Sitting eating meals and watching for dolphins was a huge time waster but kept the children occupied. We would definitely stay again.

The Bothy was a great place to spend a few days. It was warm, clean, cosy and well equipped. It is really peaceful and private and with lots of walks from the door around the estate including access to the coastline. The cafe was great with lovely food and friendly staff and just a couple of mins walk from the door. I was glad of bringing an eye mask, as with it being a barn conversion, the windows are too high to block out early morning light. Also, wood is provided which is great, but be prepared to chop it up with the axe provided. We would certainly stay there again, loved it.

My partner & I had a wonderful 3 night stay at Nairoo recently. It was very easy to find and very private. Clean, comfortable and had everything you could possible need. Lots of local amenities within walking distance as well as some nice places to eat. Fantastic hosts, fantastic home and a fantastic part of Scotland. Highly recommended.

Donna was a great host for my stay at this lovely wee bungalow, such a practical location for the reason of my stay! Very attentive and answered any questions I had regarding amenities. So helpful during check in, couldn’t fault in the slightest! Thank you for my lovely stay! ☺️

As a returning guest to Andrew's cottage, I knew how peaceful it was. Took my elderly parents this time and it was perfect, fully accessible and comfortable. Love having the canal so close and being able to watch the boats going through the bridge and locks. Would recommend Andrew as a host and this lovely home.

Beautiful cottage set in an idyllic location and equipped with everything we needed and more. Very child friendly, our 2 little ones loved being able to watch the animals and birds from the huge front room window and could go easily between rooms without the worry of stairs. Not far from some gorgeous beaches and easy to explore the island from (with car). Even our 3 year old was sad to leave!

Perfect location,a nice walking distance to the centre of Largs but far enough away to be peaceful. Very spacious house.

We stayed at Avich View for 3 nights and had a lovely break. Although the weather was a bit mixed, the views across the loch from the house were stunning. The house is quite remote but with that brings peace and quiet. Dog walks were a drive away although you can walk along the road outside the house which had very few vehicles during our visit.
