Très lumineux et sans vis à vis, calme car situé au dernier étage et orienté vers les jardins et non sur rue, vous profitez d'une terrasse avec vue sur les jardins et les tours de la Défense. Possibilité de place de parking mais il faut en faire la demande. A 2 pas du centre-ville, cet appartement s’adresse à la fois aux familles, et aux voyages d’affaires. Le Tram T2 station "Les Fauvelles" est à 9mn à pied et vous permet de rejoindre la tour Eiffel en 45mn et les Champs Elysées à 30mn.

C'est un appartement refait à neuf, très lumineux, confortable et bien équipé, 45 m2, situé au douzième étage offrant une superbe vue du balcon (5,5 m2) sur Paris et la Défense. La Défense se situe à 5 minutes en bus du logement (à 15' à pied) et Paris à 15 minutes ( pied 5' + train 10'). Pour les amateurs de sport et de spectacles, il est aussi à 30 minutes à pied de Paris La Défense Aréna. Ce logement est ma résidence principale, il me tient sincèrement à cœur; je l'aime beaucoup.

Appartement entier

Très accessible et très bien situé par rapport au réseau de transports. Mais paradoxalement cet élégant logement très lumineux pourrait se révéler être un havre de paix où l’on peut se détendre au calme. À peine sorti du train que vous pouvez attraper Gare Saint Lazare ou du tramway (T2) à partir du Centre de La Défense, par exemple, en 2 ou 3 minutes vous voilà à la maison. Le parking est payant dans la rue, mais on peut garer gratuitement dans certaines rues adjacentes.
