Have lunch on a sunny terrace looking over gardens and terracotta-tiled roofs or dine in the little garden. Chat by a wood-burning stove in a handmade vintage kitchen. Built in 1900, the 2-story home boasts wooden shutters, oak and limestone floors, and a tasteful heritage palette. The little fisherman´s house has recently been renovated with lots of love, is part of a historic fisherman´s colony, national heritage and absolutely unique in the coast of Maresme, direct coast of Barcelona. Due to guidelines of Covid-19 the house is cleaned from top to bottom, so that my guests can feel safe The historic fisherman´s house has been refurbished faithfully, with a special emphasis on high quality materials: e.g. the ground floor is tiled with limestone, the bathroom with spanish cement tiles, the bedroom is equipped with oak parquet and lovingly refurbished antique or handmade furniture in the whole house and garden. On request there can be placed a baby bed for 30 Euros in total. purchasing possibilities, groceries, farmacies, restaurants and cafes within close proximity (450 ft/ 150 meters) To the beach approx. a 5 minutes walk, to the station 6 minutes. I certainly give advice and suggestions for retaurants, and worth seeing places. I live quite close, therefore you can contact me easily. Right in the center of Vilassar de Mar, the cottage is just minutes from cafes, restaurants, stores, and the beach. It’s an easy 35-minutes ride by railway into downtown Barcelona from the nearby train station. The railway departs every 8 minutes on working days. Also very nice for those who prefer nature and landscapes: Go hiking or biking in the enormous Serralada Natural Park. The railway connection to Barcelona is perfect. After 35 minutes you directly get off at Plaza Catalunya, the heart of Barcelona. The railway departs every 8 minutes on working days. For the winter months we offer a special price for a 4 week-stay, free choice between January 8 and March 31, for 1500 Euro in total. Mas Prats diventa un angolo tranquillo, che ti invita a riposare e goderti un ambiente rurale unico situato tra la Costa Brava e Gavarres. La casa a un piano è accessibile, spaziosa e molto luminosa e da ogni stanza è possibile vedere i campi o la foresta. Gli uccelli stanno ascoltando. Due grandi finestre collegano la casa all'esterno, dove il portico invita a godersi il paesaggio. La decorazione è minimalista e dominano i toni chiari e il legno.
