Η οικία είναι 70 τ.μ διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο ένα μπάνιο και ένα μεγάλο ενιαίο χώρο, που βρίσκονται η κουζίνα και το σαλόνι. Διαθέτει εσωτερική σκάλα, η οποία οδηγεί στην ταράτσα, όπου η θέα φτάνει μέχρι την θάλασσα.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning while bedrooms facing road are equipped with double glazing windows.
