Including Belfast 45 minutes away, and Newcastle which is around 20 minutes away as well as other surrounding areas. There are many local tourist attractions, walks and scenic routes closeby including, murlough beach, castlewellan forest park and castleward. There are a range of resturants/cafes nearby, as well as shops within 5-10 minutes driving distance.

Our beautiful country cottage is situated near the foot of Slieve Patrick. The cottage sits on the edge of Downpatrick in the picturesque village of Raholp. With bars, restaurants,shops, museums and the St Patricks Centre, there are many things to do and see. Only a few miles away, take a tranquil walk around the Quoile river or visit the coastal village of Strangford with beautiful views across the Lough to Portaferry. The nearest beaches are only a few miles away.
