Welcome to Rim Village X3 hosted by Moab Utah Properties! This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car garage condo has a private patio with a firepit and private hot tub. This property is perfect for large groups and families. Location is just 5 miles from the center of Moab. With stunning views of the red rocks and LaSal mountains and easy trail access, this is a great place for your OHV and trailers. At the end of an adventure filled day, you can enjoy use of the private hot tub!

Our home is located 6 miles from downtown Moab. Arches National Park is located 11 miles from our home, a 25 minute drive. Dead Horse Point State Park is 26 miles from our home, a 35 minute drive. After you visit DHP, you can continue travel to Canyonlands, 9 min. Please be aware that we limit AC to 70 degrees. We ask that you run the dishwasher and take out the trash prior to your departure. Comfortable 3 bedroom/2 bath townhome with full size garage, plenty of parking. 6 guests max.

Upstairs features 2 bedrooms and second bathroom plus loft with futon, games, TV, toys and books for our little visitors. We have one car garage and patio with grill. Pool is shared with rest of the guests in our small complex.
