It is just blocks from the Arcata Plaza, Cal Poly Humboldt, Arcata Community Forest, Redwood Park and the Humboldt Crabs Baseball field. Go Crabbies! From the deck of this one bedroom architecturally modern space, beautiful bayfront sunsets can be enjoyed. Arcata is a very pedestrian friendly, small town. The Penthouse is centrally located with easy access to US-101 and just steps from some of the best local restaurants, bars and shops in Humboldt County.

Get cozy in the living room at the push of a button with the gas fireplace and Smart TV. Sleep soundly on either the king or queen-sized bed. If you have extra people I can provide an air mattress. Walk from your door to Cal Poly Humboldt, the Arcata Plaza, and Shay Park. A wonderful home base.

The property is in a redwood forest with a good size meadow for sunshine and flowers. It's a great base camp for exploring the beautiful beaches, Redwood forest and local cities of Trinidad and Arcata. Maximum 3 guests, or 4 guests if one or more guests are under 12.
