Even with all this convivence, our established neighborhood is quiet and quaint. Our home is surrounded by enchanting trees & 1/2 acre of land, making for great privacy in the backyard.

We love the pastoral setting of this mid century modern cottage (circa 1962) in a quiet neighborhood. The home has been decorated in period pieces so it’s like stepping back in time, but with the modern conveniences. It is close to Fort Jackson, USC, and Downtown. It has been totally remodeled with new appliances, bathroom and kitchen. we are pet friendly and there is an acre or so to walk the dog, but the yard is not fenced.
