Samuel’s place was perfect for us for our weekend getaway. House was clean and accommodating. Hot tub was wonderful after a surprise snowstorm. Kitchen was perfect for our needs. House instructions were clear and Samuel was very communicative.

The home was as described and clean. We didn't cook while there but the kitchen looked well equipped. Communication with host was top notch. Will stay again when visiting the area.

My family enjoyed their stay to the fullest! The Airbnb was amazing, clean and had all the necessities. Elizabeth was very communicative and helpful throughout the time. We will definitely be booking again when we return to the Denver area!

I can’t say enough good things about Luis and Erika! They are extremely responsive and accommodating. We needed something close to the hospital and this location worked so well for that. The house was perfect for us and we had all we needed and more for a comfortable stay. The beds are extremely comfortable and we slept well. Two full bathrooms is an absolute plus! The attached garage was convenient for unloading groceries and bags. The fenced in backyard is beautiful and perfectly kept. Our grandchildren enjoyed playing on the play set very much and there are lots of comfy areas for the adults to relax as well. We are already planning our next visit!

This property is ideal for multigenerational guests or guests with multiple families. Our 3 grandchildren (ages 1+ to 6) and their parents, all had plenty of together space & 'self-retreat' space for individual quiet time, naps etc. The house is tastefully decorated with no breakable table-top decor which are magnets for toddlers. The mattresses were all very good quality, with comfortable linens & thick bath towels. Everything was accessible to us, including garage, fire pit, fireplace, hot tub and grill. The back patio was very private and quiet; we never saw other neighbors. The hosts thoughtfully provided amenities for infants and children, all clean and in good condition: highchair, sippy cups, bib, toddler/youth dishes and utensils, crib with washable mattress cover, and even an optional stairwell gate. Cleaning products, dishwasher soap, coffee and supplies, and common spices were also made available. I highly recommend the hosts and this property. Great location!

Our stay was great! The location was perfect. There was a grocery store right across the street and food all around. The game room/backyard was so fun for my son. The owner was very good about checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was so easy! Definitely recommend this rental!

Greg was absolutely incredible and so was his house. My co-worker (bestie) and I decided to go the airbnb route instead of hotel this time for our week at headquarters. SO glad we did!!! We're always going to look for Greg's place everytime we come to town. I traveled with my dogs this time and Greg's house was perfect. I have 2 big dogs (golden retriever and a malamute). plenty of space and the neighborhood is really nice for morning /evening pup walks.

This place exceeded our expectations. Everything in the home is beautiful and thoughtfully decorated but also highly functional. We felt at home immediately.

10/10 stay! We’ve been here since January and it’s truly felt like home. Super comfortable living room, great bed and bath, and the kitchen has everything you need. Perfect spot for remote work too—quiet, cozy, and easy to settle into. Highly recommend!

As expected overall - nice area.

This place was a fantastic find that met all of our needs for the week. The walk-up basement was furnished just as described and shown in the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the huge bathroom was really nice. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard space was wonderful for our little chihuahua! I highly recommend this place!!

The location is super close to the city in a very nice little neighborhood, the pricing was very reasonable, and Michael was incredibly accommodating and kind. This really elevated our experience in Denver!

Cindy's apartment is perfect. Perfect location (for us at least), well cared for, well appointed. You will find everything you could want from simple but thoughtful snacks on the counter and beverages in the fridge to tons of storage space! Beautiful view at night. And mountain views all day long. I even loved the bathroom tile! Even a pool on the roof with TVs! This is my favorite Airbnb and way better than a hotel!

My siblings and I were in town for our Aunt's funeral. Good location for us. A welcome note and bottle of wine on the table when we arrived. We felt welcome.
