The Vacation rental home is located in Aransas Pass Texas. The house is in a quiet central location. Grocery store and shopping are a walkable distance away. A short drive to Conn Brown Harbor, Rockport and Port Aransas Beaches. 1700 + sq ft, 3 Bedrooms plus a sleepable Sun Room, 2 Baths, and screened in porch. Sleeps 6. Private Coastal Retreat

This private guesthouse sits in the back of a two acre beautiful oak tree covered lot, less than 2 miles from water. Included is a private patio with a gas grill for outdoor entertainment. The location is 7 miles to Port Aransas beach ferry and 10 minutes to Rockport shopping and dining. This is a fishing, duck hunting and bird watching paradise! The boat ramp is five minutes from house. We have street and alley entrances with plenty of free, private parking for a vehicle, trailer and boat.

RV/Car hookup will be an additional $40 per night. -11 miles to Rockport Beach. -8 miles to Port Aransas Beach (time may vary depending on the ferry) -11 miles to Mustang Beach
