Luxury villa near Aragats mountain and Myler ski resort. Heated pool, sauna and 5 bedrooms. Up to 15 guests with night stay, and up to 30 guests for day-time use. You can book the villa and share the pool area with the guests of our nearby cottages. In this case you will have a shared access to pool and won't have an access to cooking amenities. Or you can book also the pool area. In this case the entire pool and cooking area will only be yours, and you will be charged +100.000 AMD per day.

Kick back and relax in our calm and stylish space with wonderful view to Mt Ararat. The house is near the village of Kanakeravan. Big living room with kitchen, two bedrooms (one can also be used as a studio), bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed. 20 min car drive from Yerevan centre or 40 min with public transport. Big television, internet, washing machine, dish washer, grill place, garden with several fruit trees (if you are lucky cherries and apricots will be ripe.), music box(!).
