Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre farm and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. We are a retired couple with two friendly hypoallergenic dogs Sadie and Zoey. We offer a cozy well maintained studio that has keyless entry. We follow Airbnb Covid-19 enhanced cleaning protocols. Both the kitchen and bath have necessary items including coffee maker. Living room has comfy couch with Hulu and Spectrum. We are on a quiet street walking distance to shops and restaurants. Tully is conveniently located between Syracuse and Cortland both of which can be reached in an easy 20min drive

Relax at this private waterfront cottage on beautiful Green Lake in Tully! Cottage sleeps 6 comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms plus a loft, 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen and a grill! Relax on the deck or dock! Lake is very clean and great for swimming, fishing, kayaking or paddle boarding! To access the cottage you will walk down a gravel trail from the parking area. There is private parking, but you cannot pull a vehicle up directly to the door of the cottage. Firm NO pets policy.

Set on a peninsula, this home has a lot of fun features, including a full lawn, screened in wrap around porch facing the water, outdoor BBQ area, fire pit, and seasonal private dock and boat slip. The Boathouse Restaurant is just a walk away. The friendly DeRuyter Lake General Store you can see from the porch windows on the south end. Please provide your own sheets, blankets, and towels. Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.
