Relax on the James River at our cute cottage and tiny house. We have two separate units that come together. This is perfect for a family, where kids can stay in the tiny house and the parents sleep in the cottage. Or 2 couples to have their own space. The two separate units are joined by a large covered deck with great views of the James River, Hot Tub, eating table & Grill. The property has a boat ramp for small boats/kayaks. This is a great section of the river for floating, fishing, and more.

The Loft has one bedroom with one queen size bed for 2 guests. If your 2nd guest needs an extra bed, you can add a king size blowup mattress OR a twin mattresses for $25 per night. This property is also home to our five farm horses!
