The house is located in the historic city center, 100m from the central pedestrian road and the main square. It is located next to the church of "Panagia ton Xenon" and almost next to the Public Library. Behind the house is a charming labyrinth of narrow streets leading to neighborhoods of the old town with characteristic houses, examples of its particular architecture. 200 meters far, there is the municipal parking area and main road of restaurants, cafés and bars.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι 35τμ και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα έως τέσσερα άτομα.Τέλος κλιματικής ανθεκτικοτητας (Ν.5073/2023)8ευρω ανά διανυκτέρευση από 1/4-31/10.το τέλος καταβάλλεται μετρητοίς.
