This fully-furnished house comprises four (4) air-conditioned bedrooms, (1) well-ventilated bedroom and five (5) bathrooms. This unit is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. All five bedrooms have extra sofa beds that can accommodate multiple people. This unit has a mini pool. The unit is also accessible to Davao City landmarks-- 30-minute drive to the airport, a 15-25 minute drive to the city center and is situated in the middle of the city's tourist destinations ( from north to south).
