Maggie's Place is the guesthouse next to our residence, named after our friend who frequently opened her home to others. Included is a full kitchen/living area with a queen size sofa bed, work area, and small dining table. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and the bathroom has a tiled shower and washer/dryer. There is a screened in porch-perfect for a morning cup of coffee. We are 2.5 miles from the interstate and only minutes from downtown Russellville. Due to allergies, we do not allow pets.

It has an efficiency kitchen, 3/4 bath and private outside entrance, with a covered deck. A small electric fireplace with heater provides warm ambiance. This studio is perfect for a single traveler, Village visitor or remote worker. You will find it a cozy place to retreat from hectic life in the city. Age to book 25.

Entire King Suite • Private Lake Balboa Guesthouse

The guest house is separate from the main house and has it’s own parking and access. Keyless entry means no lost keys (code provided prior to arrival). Guests are welcome to use the dock for swimming, relaxing, or fishing. A covered patio with gas grill is also available to guests. NOTE FOR FEBRUARY 2026: our lake has been temporarily lowered so swimming, kayaking, fishing will not be available from our dock.
