The location was perfect, very close to old town Scottsdale and lots of great restaurants. The pool was also very close to the house and relaxing and clean. A great place to stay.

Very beautiful location by the mountains and Maria was very responsive.

Our stay was excellent and the property was as advertised.

The home was immaculate with modern decor and furnishings. Close to many restaurants and entertainment. Backyard is beautiful with a very large pool that was well maintained. We definitely plan on staying here again.

Comfy bed, great AC The only weird part was how many different places there are to stay in one little area And if you’re staying in the back units, I’m not sure how safe I would feel due to the fact that the gate was not locked when we got there

Home in Chandler was perfect, close to everything, in ground pool was a great “plus”, The host was very responsive. We will definitely look for the home again on our trips to Phoenix. I recommend it!

Kathy was a great host! Our family really enjoyed our time and very comfortable! The balcony was a winner for us! Such a great space to play cards and visit! The pool was fabulous! We used it daily and it was beautiful! Lots of trees and birds with plenty of area to hang out! We even used the BBQ! I had a couple of ideas for Kathy for the kitchen (we cook) and she agreed that it would be helpful! We will definitely be back! Felt so comfortable! Thanks for a GREAT Easter weekend!❤️

My wife and I really enjoyed this condo - it was very clean, well laid out and the location was hard to beat! A plus was meeting some of the neighbors and having a beer with some other visitors that were also staying in the complex. Really pretty grounds, condo was comfortable and host was top notch so it would be an easy decision to stay here again!

My husband and I are retired couple from Illinois and stayed in this rental for a month. Jean was very attentive to our needs. We had a few minor issues in which she resolved very quickly. She checked in with us numerous times to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything. The condo was centrally located with easy access to main highways. One of the things we liked the most about this condo is that it is a one level rental. The pool is right outside the front door, but was undergoing some maintenance issues for a while during our stay. We loved having access to the lake and its walking path around it. We did walk this most days. We also were in close vicinity to Spring training camps and got to see quite a few games. Overall we were happy with our stay and with Jean as our host.

Everything was excellent.... I'm not sure what the neighbors below us were complaining about, I do not feel we did anything to cause for a complaint. I think maybe they don't like the idea of you using the place as an Air BNB, and used this as excuse to complain, but I don't really know. We were not causing any issues to cause complaints I am confident of that. Otherwise I had no complaints with everything, all was very nice....

We had a good stay. It was a quick find and what we needed to accommodate our dogs. Would recommend.

Perfect place to get. Actually surprised how well everything matched the pictures. Everything you need in a living space from the kitchen to having a washer and dryer included. 10/10 recommend, will be looking for this place if I plan a trip to the PHX area again.

The place was perfect, we were just looking for a place in a good location with a pool and it was perfect! We walked to dinner most nights and lounged by the pool all day!

We had a fantastic four-day stay at this Airbnb while in town for my son’s basketball tournament. The home was exactly as described spacious, clean, and incredibly accommodating for our group. There was ample room for everyone to relax and unwind after long days at the tournament. Outside area including pool and game room exceeded what we expected. The property’s cleanliness was top-notch, and all the amenities we needed were readily available. What stood out most was how the space brought our family and friends together, creating lasting memories. It was the perfect setting for both relaxation and bonding. The location was perfect—close to all the best attractions, yet tucked away enough for a peaceful retreat. Benedikt was very responsive and accurate in the listing of his wonderful place. The location was absolutely stunning. The welcoming amenities were great after traveling to AZ. Greatly appreciated it. It was nice to have the place so well stocked for our group; towels, wash clothes, beds, pillows, tvs, outside seating and the pool was great, kitchen was well outfitted also. Place was perfect for our family of 6. Kitchen had what we needed to make home made meals. We definitely took advantage of the pool and the beautiful yard. Check out of super easy and Dana was very responsive. Would definitely stay again. :)

The house felt like home! Everything we needed and more was available to us. Simply stopped for groceries and moved in for the week! Every room is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Had the very best week!
