Dit onlangs gerenoveerde herenhuis uit 1890 is de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een verkenning door de oude stad, een bezoek aan één van de musea, boetiekjes of antiekwinkels. Culinair genieten kan je volop in de talrijke bars en restaurants die in de wijk gelegen zijn. Alles is makkelijk te voet bereikbaar. De Lilse Bergen (recreatiedomein met zwemvijver en grote speeltuin) is slechts een boogscheut ver. Het huisje is nieuw van 2022 en heeft 2 slaapkamers, een badkamer met douche en toilet; en een ruime woonkamer met keuken inclusief oven en vaatwasser. In de tuin kan u in alle rust genieten van de hottub.

Volledig nieuw ingericht huis met een wijds zicht op de mooiste bocht van de Schelde in Puurs-Sint-Amands (Sint-Amands). De woning is gelegen op 50 meter van het grafmonument van de bekende dichter Emile Verhaeren. Dagelijks zorgen de getijden, de talloze vogelsoorten en de mooie natuur voor diverse taferelen. Het landschap verveelt nooit. Wandelingen, fietstochten langs de Schelde, gezellige terrasjes, lekkere restaurants en varen met de veerboot : all this is Sint-Amands.

The house is equipped with every comfort and tastefully decorated. There is a private garden with terrace, BBQ and private parking. Dog allowed.
