Get cozy and settle into this rustic yet refined space. This is a brand new, finished in June 2023 tiny home, on the same property as our personal home. It has all the comforts of a full size home, including, radiant heated floors, A/C, vaulted ceilings in the bedroom, two burner gas stove and a full size fridge. There is a private fenced in outdoor courtyard, with private hot tub, fire place and propane grill. As well as its own driveway with plenty of room too park a boat if you'd like.

We offer 2 kayaks to use (must transport) cornhole boards & bags, trail riding your UTV/ORV, hiking, rafting at Jordan Valley Outfitter, snowmobiling. & many fine dining restaurants, several ski resorts and short day trips! Additionally, a 90 jet hottub for ultimate relaxation!

This location is ideal: 1.6 miles to Boyne Mountain, 6 miles to Boyne City downtown, 16 miles to Petoskey, 7 miles to Walloon Lake, and 5 miles to Thumb Lake. We welcome your well-behaved dog! We are located just minutes from downtown Boyne city and beautiful lake Charlevoix. The property is steps away from avalanche mountain preserve where you can hike, mountain bike, disc golf, snow shoe/ice skate or just take in the views of the lake. Boyne mountain resort is a short 10 minute drive. We are centrally located.

Wander the gardens that are part of the small turn-of-the-century farm, or just enjoy the quiet of the north woods.
