You would be renting 1/2 of house and I may be in the other half. Outdoor hot tub seats 6. Your part of house has the 3 bedrooms 1 full bath. The garage has the 4th bedroom and full bath. The basement has a partial kitchen, no oven, will make arrangements if baking is needed, dining area for 11, pool table & electronic darts. I have 1 more bedroom and 1 more bed in a loft which could be used. Those would have to be arranged via messaging as we would then be sharing some space.
