Welcome to our cottage on the lake! We renovated this home through the spring of '18 and are so thrilled to have it ready for you! Sitting less than 30-feet from the sandy bottom of Bass Lake, this house is a charmer in all seasons. In the winter months, enjoy snowshoeing across the lake and come home to a cozy fire. This historic cottage across the street from Lake Charlevoix was once a hardware store now turned into a cottage. Located within the small snowmobile friendly town of East Jordan. Boyne Mountain is nearby for skiing. Snowmobile/cc ski right from the cottage. Ice fish Lake Charlevoix or shop downtown. Vintage bowling alley, coffee shop and restaurants are walkable. This is a very newly renovated property with a colorful fun unique cottage feel. We hope you enjoy this house as much as we do :)

Stylish 2-bdrm cottage on Clam Lake with a deck, dock and fire pit. Bring your boat for easy access to Torch Lake and Lake Bellaire. At night grill dinner and enjoy a bonfire. The kitchen is fully equipped, board games are available as well as a 4K TV. The area in front of the cottage is weedy and not conducive to swimming The cottage is "Up North" and there may be swans, other waterfowl and wildlife present at the property during your stay. Please respect them and stay a safe distance away.
