We have just returned from a lovely 3 night stay in Raphaël's apartment. It was very spacious and well presented. The patio had breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside to the sea. The property was in a very peaceful rural setting but still within a short walk from the nearest bus stops into Nice. Raphaël was a charming host who was very attentive. His communication throughout was very good. We would definitely like to return. Many thanks from the Rawles family.

This is a hidden gem in Cannes. I have stayed here twice now as it’s the perfect size and location for me when I attend a conference at the Palais. It is walkable to everything and is so safe and cozy. Silvia goes above and beyond as well. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Nous avons passé un bon moment dans l’appartement et le canapé est très confortable. La pièce en haut n’est pas adapté au gens qui mesurent plus que 1,70 et il n’y a pas de fenêtre velux mais juste un vasistas. Il manque des ustensiles de cuisine, comme spatules, couteaux de cuisine, économe etc.

Sally is an amazing host, the apartment is stunning, and it's in my favorite location. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and the apartment feels like home. Everything was absolutely perfect, 100% recommended!

Excellent séjour À deux pas de Monaco et de la gare, proximité d’un supermarché. Le logement correspond en tout point à la description et très agréable ! Heureusement qu’il y avait les ventilateurs car il faisait très chaud. Et petit problème pour garer la voiture mais parking couvert à proximité certes payant. Mais séjour très agréable et Raul est très réactif et ses explications pour l’arrivée sont très claires et son accueil très agréable avec eau fraîche et café.

The apartment is 1 floor up from the ground, with an elevator. There are many tall windows, so there is plenty of light (plus the walls are white). There are 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. The bed was large & comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The Nespresso machine had a very generous supply of pods. But the dish soap, kitchen towels & toilet paper were not plentiful. I nearly ran out in the week I was there. Plenty of towels. The TV worked well but there are no lamps in the living room, just 1 sconce. The balcony & picnic table overlook a community area for retirees to play boule. Lots of activity but not loud. The bakery below was very tempting every morning.

We had a great stay in Antibes… location is good near the train station if you wish to visit other towns on the coast. Walkable to the old town with lots of cafes and restaurants. The balcony is smaller than it looks in the pictures, but it is nice to be able to open the French doors. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. The unit is located up two flights of stairs but the elevator does not start on the ground floor, so you will have to carry it up a flight at least. Mahlia was extremely responsive whenever we had questions and was very friendly and available. Definitely recommend this spot!

Une petite étape très agréable, au cœur d'un magnifique pays de montagnes; accueil sympathique, appartement chaleureux, simple et cosy. Une adresse à retenir.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans le studio bien aménagé, malheureusement le temps n'était pas de la partie pour profiter de la piscine. Logement très bien situé, à deux pas du centre de Saint Vallier de Thiey, au calme. Je reviendrai à l'occasion!

Picture perfect and simply magic! The accommodation was warm, comfortable, and the balcony was ideal for enjoying the morning sun. The host was kind, helpful, and respectful of our privacy. A lovely family who even offered us a lift to a must-see destination—such a thoughtful and memorable touch.

The house is located in a safe gated street. The house itself is modern and airy, truly wonderful and relaxing with fantastic views over the mountains of Grasse. We met Julian's wife who kindly showed us around the house. They were very responsive and friendly. We had a fabulous time and would come again!

Le logement est très bien situé, nous étions en transport en commun, et tout est accessible facilement. Nous sommes ravies de notre séjour, la co-hôte Valérie qui nous a accueillies était fort sympathique et arrangeante, encore merci ! L'appartement est très lumineux, agréable et propre... je recommande vivement, et nous aurons j'espère l'occasion de revenir.

Bellissimo posto in una perfetta posizione, 10 minuti dal mare, 15 20 minuti a piedi dal centro di Antibes. Bello lo spazio esterno soprattutto se hai un cane con la possibilità di sciacquare il cane e farlo asciugare fuori dopo il bagnetto in mare. Cucina piccola ma ha tutto il neccesario. Unica punto da menzionare l'appartamento è adatto a 2 adulti solo ( noi eravamo 2 adulti +figlia 16 anni e non lo consiglio se stai più di uno max 2 notte) in compenso lo spazio fuori quando fa bello e molto ampio sia per mangiare che per prendere sole . Appuntamento molto curato e pulito, molto apprezzato i piccoli bottigliette di shampoo e sapone al arrivo nel bagno.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Lena. L'appartement est impeccable, la vue du balcon est superbe. Le fait de pouvoir garer la voiture sur le parking privé gratuit de la résidence est un gros plus. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Logement idéalement situé au cœur de Juan -les-Pins, propreté impeccable, bon équipement et bon isolement. Une très agréable terrasse abritée avec vue sur la mer toute proche nous a permis de manger dehors en pleines vacances de Noël. Nous avons profité de gentilles attentions à notre arrivée : Bouteille de bienvenue, petites courses pour assurer l'essentiel... Nous sommes vraiment ravis.

Nous avons adoré ce séjour à Agay, dans ce joli studio avec une vue sur mer et sur la montagne, de toute beauté ! Marie est une hôte adorable, très accessible, qui nous a gentiment accueilli et avec qui nous avons pu échangé... Et coût de ce séjour tout à fait raisonnable et abordable. Un gros coup de ♥️ vraiment...

Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. L’appartement est grand et chaleureux. Depuis le balcon, nous avions une vue exceptionnelle. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d’avoir accès à la piscine. Maria, Guy et Maini étaient très accueillants et soucieux de répondre à nos besoins. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Het zicht is echt fenomenaal. Je geraakt er niet op uitgekeken! Ook zalig om op het heel grote terras te aperitieven. Alles was in orde en brandschoon. Heel ruim appartement met ruime slaapkamers, badkamer en ruime keuken met alle apparatuur. Een echte aanrader. Een klein minpuntje is het gemis aan wifi, maar goeie 4/5G ontvangst.

A breathtaking view with a beautiful beach right at your doorstep! It is centrally located, with many grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants around. The train station is within a 10-minute walk. The place is well furnished, the kitchen has everything you may need, and the gated parking garage is also included. Frederick is super friendly, very responsive, and arrived on time to personally greet us. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this place!
